The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped us every step of the way and answered all of our questions. We had breakfast included and there was always a member of staff attending all the guests and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and well kept and there were facilities such as fridge and toiletries. The hotel is only 10 minute walk from the main train station and a 25 ish minute walk to Jemma al Fnaa or just over 10 mins in a taxi. The area the hotel is located in was very quiet however there were plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance as well as local amenities. We also booked a lot of excursions on Getyourguide and tour buses were able to pick us up and drop us off at our hotel very easily as it was on the way to most places. Overall a very good and stress free stay. Thank you to the staff for looking after us.
The only thing we would say is the beds could be more comfortable.

Hotel breakfast and hotel accommodation.
The hotel service is horrible, a total disorganisation between staff. Late servicing, wrong information... The cleaning in my room was not done, and there are cockroaches in the hotel

Nice breakfast selection and morning staff are nice.
A complete mess from start to finish. In 48hours we got move 3 times each room having a problem and shockingly the last room fire alarms cover up with tape. Stains on the bed sheets ( two single beds push togeather) loud music every night till 12.00 from next door. Staff are painfully slow and look and act not bothered with any problems. I stay at this hotel a year ago and its really sad to see how down hill its gone and I will never stay there again.

It was within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit inside the city.
Our checkin was delayed by 3 hours, and we had to wait while the room was prepared. We were taken up, and it was the wrong room, not what we had booked. We were given another room, but the sheets had stains on them. The glass patio door had a large crack in the glass. Hairs in the bed and the extractor fan in the bathroom was broken, so it made a very loud grating noise when we turned the light on. We had to use the passage light for the bathroom and keep the door to it open. The separate shower had no hot water. Aircon remote batteries were flat. Outside the room we had a red light shining down every night on the Balcony from above. The worst is the noise every morning at around 5am. The nightclub closed and all patrons spilled out into the road. Taxis would blast horns every morning trying to attract business from them and many fights and shouting happened. EVERY DAY at 5am.
