Only view from the terrace.
It is an extremely cold room, even the air conditioner doesn't help. No extra blankets, just summer duvet and one bed sheet and one pillow.
During the night there is no water in the bathroom, after our complaint water returned after half an hour.
Breakfast was included in the price , but it was the only piece of cake , juice and coffee.
We are informed the night before that we will leave very early and they agreed to prepare breakfast for us but the staff did not infield about that other person who was on the morning shift.

The only thing I appreciated was the decoration.
The location was unclear and hard to find, we got lost for hours at night in the palm groves,damaging our car. No one answered our calls, and when we finally reached the host, they refused to help and remind us it was non refundable. The property itself was in a poor village, and the breakfast was terrible, everything cold and unappetizing.

The building itself is beautiful and the views over the Atlas mountains are amazing. I think someone at some point had a good vision for an excellent luxury spa hotel, but they seem to have just given up on delivering. The receptionist and the massage therapist were friendly and helpful. But there were so many things wrong that it just made for an unpleasant experience overall.
The breakfast was terrible (stale crepes, overbrewed tea, the most boring plain omlette I've ever eaten). The waitress just seemed annoyed we were there. The dinner was mediocre at best.
The wifi network didn't reach the room.
We had to leave the hot water tap running for literally 10 - 15 minutes for the water to become hot, which in Morocco especially feels like a massive waste of water. And there is no hook for the showerhead. You have to hold it above yourself with one hand.
The pool is unheated and the wall next to it means that it doesn't get much direct sunlight, so it was extremely cold.
The hammam was broken and couldn't be used.
No dressing gowns provided (what kind of "spa" doesn't provide dressing gowns?).
The "patio view" was through a tiny square window (and shouldn't really be advertised as a view).
The rooftop seating was covered in dust.
There are a bunch of cool elements around the property (poolside bar, rooftop bar, rooftop hot tub), but it seems like they haven't been used in years.

Breakfast was great. Considering the remote location we ate quite a few meals here. Although the food was lovely and good value, a larger menu would be good - or even a different lunch menu.

The location was really out of no where there is two way to reach the centre be careful of what you choose since google map always shows the bad road . Google maps doesn’t take you to the right direction breakfast was really poor

The Kasbah was beautiful and traditional and very friendly and relaxing place to stay. Really quite away from the hustle and bustle of central Marrakech itself but easy to get a taxi from reception and 30 drive
Nothing about the hotel itself. However it is difficult to find and Google maps will, if your driving try and take you across a bumpy mud off road track. My advice is follow the N9 and then use sat nav from their.

Bad smell in the room and the hotel compound
Structure needs major restructuring. The smell causes discomfort .. and the management needs to do something about it urgently before the whole system breaks down
