The bed was alright.
Arriving late at the time already told beforehand, and having prepaid the room, the single concierge at work did not know, we were coming. It was only through my insistance, knowledge of arabic and proof on paper, which got us a room. We got a room with the view of a building site. Arriving late there was no food availlable, and the location on a deserted side street meant trying to find a taxi to get to populated areas. Breakfast was a poor and boring buffet, and apart for the pool at the top, the name Imperial Plaza did not fit this worn out concrete building at all. We will never come back.

Disappointing
First of all Im from UNITED STSTES NOT MOROCCO AS MENTIONED! Disappointed about the value of money and some staff behaviors. I paid over average and then I thought breakfast was included. To my surprise, they stopped me and when I asked to double check, they said its not!
Local and facilities ( too much noise that night). They stated in the booking that the hotel is on one lively streets but its not . A bit hidden and not very safe to walk at night. I think its not worth for the amount of money they ask.

Room 514 was smelling so bad . Water was coming from the selling wall start to break . My daughter was sleeping water from te selling come on her while sleeping. Air conditioning was making so much noise. The restaurant was not cleaned enough doesnt give envy to eat

Staff are rude, the rooms are filthy wasnt cleaned I was here with family and children, toilets not clean wasnt enough towels for family, breakfast wasnt much choice at all! There isnt nothing in this hotel for children Im very disappointed I wont be travelling back here, prices of things here also are expensive.

The pool wasnt bad even though all the sun beds where dirty.
The staff werent welcoming or helpful apart from the activity rep lady she was sweet as. As soon as we got upstairs in front of the room door they was 2 piles of poo and skid marks on the carpet, we got into the room the bath was dirty had to clean it my self, the looked like rugs the bedsheets had stains on it, there was also a big cockroach on the wall it was the worst experience. in the restaurant they had birds flying about eating from tables, the food was the same tasteless crap everyday and food was cold water was over priced, the salt and pepper holders were always empty and they were stuck together, the water was always cold, honestly Im not picky at all but I would recommend this hotel oh and the hall is dark as hell it was scary

Location not ideal. 20 minute walk to Gueliz and have to take taxis regularly. Most taxi drivers try and scam you for more money for a 5 minute drive and chance it. Taxi drivers fighting and arguing outside for business giving the hotel a bad image.
Room was extremely noisy as was placed at the front.
Room had no drawers or.hangers to put our clothes away had to live out of suitcases for 3 of us.
Bedding was not changed at all, only made up daily.
No hot water had to call daily for hot water.
Sometimes had no towels had to ask for them.
Food not suitable for children the breakfast was poor and limited choice, had to eat out each day despite paying for breakfast.
Hotel was not clean the carpets and floors were grubby, worn, old and dirty. The tables were dirty with leftover crumbs from the person before and lots of flies around.
The bathroom was dirty the bath was dirty all inside it. Shower head broke and needs a replacement.
Hotel does not speak English very well at all they cater mainly for French tourists in general. Be prepared to have your translator ready or brush up on French skills!

The swimming pool was clean. The breakfast room is beautiful.
The blankets were dirty !! with stains and what I think it could be sand. I couldnt get inside the bed so I need to sleep over the blanket with my jacket and another blanket I found in the closet ( that it wasnt 100% clean either). The hangers were broken and the hair dryer was rusty.

Salima the hotel maid was very nice and accommodating and looked after us everyday we were there.
The hotel receptionists were also very accommodating
The street location could have been abit better, it is right next to one of the main streets which is good but the hotel spot itself is not the greatest.
The views from the room we were in was an internal semi balcony which was straight into the dining area, this was not ideal.

Wonderful
The hotel is very clean, we got the family room which was spacious, the beds are comfortable too. The staff were very polite and helpful at the reception (Amal), and Latifa (the cleaning lady) would offer to clean the room everyday and top up on the essentials, the breakfast was delicious too the msemen lady (Nadine) was very kind to serve it all fresh. The rooftop pool is big, the views are amazing from up there too l. There are so many restaurants and shops close to the hotel at 5 mins walk, and it's just 20 mins drive to the main square and all the tourist attractions. My family and i had a great time here will definitely come back again.
