The staff was friendly, but it was nothing like the pictures.
The rooms were dirty, there was cockroaches everywhere. We didn’t even get towels or toiletries. The wall above the bed wwas fallin apart.
All in all, i didn’t recomend it for anybody

Rude older male receptionist, no towels, no tv remote, no toilet paper, no hot water.
Had to request these items over and over, and even then struggled to get them.
The older man wouldn’t even look at me only at my make friend who came with me to help me with my luggage not to stay with me.

Disappointing
Reception man was kind and polite
I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the room was not properly arranged, and to my surprise, I found trash from previous guests still there. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. To make matters worse, the shower wasn’t working, which made my stay even more inconvenient.
I expected a much better level of hygiene. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Awful. Staff did not recognize my booking.com reservation, told me there was a surbooking situation (which i did not believe) they gave me finally a room. The café does not serve breakfast. Room was dirty, floor not mopped, bed sheets filled with strands of hair from previous residents. The location is crappy, in a crowded alley so noisy 24/7, could hardly sleep all night. All in all, would not recommend

Great location right in the city center
The staff was very unfriendly, no English almost, if you invite friends over, they are not allowed to have a drink at your place.
