The location was very convenient, the hotel facilities overall good and for a really good price!
The staff is friendly however they are not into proactivity, they would not go extra mile.

The facilities, the closeness to the city centre, the breakfast, the pool and gym facilities.
The wifi cut out a bit for me on the phone but on the laptop was fine. There is no shuttle bus available anymore which should be updated on their Booking.com page (it was one of the primary reasons I had booked the stay).

Good location close to Menara mall and some restaurants in the area.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were OK, we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the garden and the pool. The garden was really beautiful and to us it was the property's main asset.
The carpet and some room furniture are in need of update.

Breakfast was ok. The security was good.
At first they gave us a small, dirty room, and after we complained the manager changed the room, but it still didn’t have a king-size bed. There was no water bottle, no kettle and the internet connection was very poor.

Very convenient to and from the hotel. Nice quiet location. The aroma in the air.
Few things didn’t work locker box in the room. Should have coffee in the room and tissue paper box.

The location is amazing, the pool area was great
The room was really old, ac didn’t work at all! The shower was old and flooded all bathroom, the products supplied for bathroom were low quality.

I have stayed in 4 star hotel in Morocco, this was not!
Old furniture, no drinking water in the room(you can buy for 2,5 euros in the bar), no electric kettle, no hair dryer. (We were provided later, but if I didn't ask, there was none of these in the room)
They should have all inclusive possibility!
Maybe booking.com made the price so high, but it wasn't worth the money we paid!
