The location is excellent close to Jama el Fanaa and close to manara mall so you can experience a little bit of madina and also enjoy the mall. The property is clean and I enjoyed the hammam and massage. Azad was the best in assisting us with everything we need. Thank

Comfortable beds and location is good
Extremely outdated. Slow water pressure in shower. Breakfast was not fresh. Waiter service is not the best. 2 restaurants in the evening next to each other which wouldnt allow you to sit in each others restaurant. Reception staff was not willing to hold our bags while we travelled. WiFi is pointless and extremely slow. Most of the lifts dont work.

The hotel is in a great location, the hotel staff is friendly as well. As for the rooms, they were quite good, bathroom's great, two really comfy beds. It had everything you needed. Also, it was really clean, which is something we really like to see. As for the breakfast, it had everything, a classic buffet, so you can't go wrong with that. All in all, we liked our stay

Great swimming pool. The resort is amazing, very large resort with different areas and facilities.
There was a bad smell in the room/hotel specially at night. It had a strong sewage water smell.
