Very Good
The stuff was welcoming and carrying. The facilities were very good. I did like the walking in the golf and my time in the gym and the pool.
Food was good but can do better. The quality and diversity is better in comparable hotels.

Wonderful
Beautiful resort. The room is spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable.
The bathroom. There us no barrier. When you take a shower, the whole bathroom gets flooded. You have to be very careful. They should provide a lot of bathroom rugs.

I stayed at this all-inclusive hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed my time there! The room was clean and comfy, all the meals were perfect — delicious and with plenty of variety. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying every morning, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d love to come back again for suuure.
What I didn’t like was the animation and stage entertainment — it felt a bit poor. The billiard and tennis tables were old and not well maintained, and the big screen on the stage looked damaged, which made it hard for the show team to be more creative.

My stay at the Pickalbatros Hotel du Golf was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by everything the cleanliness, the food, and the staff.
The room was spotless and incredibly clean, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work.
The buffet was incredible and a major highlight of my trip. The variety of food was outstanding, with a wide range of delicious options for every taste. The quality of everything, from the fresh dishes to the desserts, was consistently excellent. It was truly one of the best buffets I have ever experienced.
What made the stay even better was the amazing staff. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and welcoming, especially a staff member named ibraham. His positive and attentive attitude really made a difference and added to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

Very Good
Really hard to rate this hotel, because on the one hand it's managed very very well, and in terms of value for money - it's absolutely worth it. But on the other hand it's uncomparable to real luxury 5 stars hotels. Though It's unfair to make such comparison, cause those hotels costs 2-3 times more at least, if you stayed there, you unfortunately will do it anyway. So it's not a this hotel's problem it that case...
Food, rooms, pools - all of that is good.
Golf - tried it first time. Was very nice and interesting, glad that I've tried it (practice range, not the course itself, but that's more than enough)
Stuff - everybody friendly and helpful (as much as they possibly can given that it's quite a big hotel and there are a lot of customers)
cocktails in the bar, and the bar itself - the weakest point. Here they really could have done much better. The only part where I can't justify the quality provided.

Wonderful
From the first warm greeting at reception, every staff interaction felt effortless and sincere. The resort is a true pocket of calm: birdsong floats through the gardens all day, and we spent most of our stay simply chilling by the pool or on the balcony, enjoying the immaculate room and sunrise reflections on the water. The buffet meals were another highlight, packed with fresh Moroccan flavours and plenty of variety—great value for a quick getaway.
The bar closes at 23:00, even on weekends, which felt a little early for a final drink under the stars

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, Hiba made me feel extremely welcome – her warmth and hospitality truly made a difference in my experience. She was always available, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
The room was spotless and very comfortable, thanks to Amal, who clearly takes great pride in her work. Everything was clean, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard throughout my stay.
Overall, a fantastic experience – great service, clean rooms, and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended

1. Warm Welcome :The reception team greeted us with Moroccan sweets, which added a lovely touch to our arrival.
2. Friendly Staff :The reception and restaurant teams were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially with my early check-in request.
3. Outstanding Service : The restaurant staff, particularly Samir, Nour Yaqout, Abderrahim, and Youness, provided excellent service throughout our meals.
4. Engaging Animation Team : The animation team was very friendly and made an effort to interact with every guest, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
5. Delicious Moroccan Night Dinner :The Moroccan night dinner was a highlight, offering an excellent culinary experience.
Overall, the hospitality and friendly atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable!
What I didn’t like about Pikalbatros Hotel was the buffet dinner on Thursday night, which was bland and lacked flavor. While the service was excellent and helped mitigate the disappointment, the quality of the food did not meet expectations. However, this was an isolated experience compared to the overall positive aspects of our stay.

after reading a lot of "bad" reviews, my expectations were very poor... but, I'm completely wrong. first the location is beautiful, the food is so delicious, the golf course is amazing, but more importantly the people, especially the guys of the Guest Relations Hiba and Brahmin; they're always disposable and kind, thanks guys. the venue is a little bit "rusty" but the new owner started a big renovation in the last three months, at the end will be one of the best hotels in Marrakech I suppose.

Disappointing
This might have been a 5 star hotel 23 years ago but not now. The pools were good, the rooms were okay, the toaster actually worked in the mornings but only did 6 slices. The wine and beer were good quality.That is about it.
Everything seemed broken, bare wires on loads of the lights by the pools. If you did not get up around 8.00am and reserve a sun lounger you could not get one. The food was nearly the same every day. They ran out of water one lunchtime. You had to ask for everything, glasses, ice cream, the dishes to be topped up when they ran out. There were loads of staff, but they all seemed to want to disappear. I think all they had done was a quick coat of paint over everything. Nearly all the furniture was broken in some way, loads of tiles broken everywhere. We could only rate this as a 3 star.

Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. Breakfast was amazing with good choice of hot food, pastries and fruits. The deserts were exceptional !! I had a nice view of one of the largest pools from my room. Compliments to the guy who served drinks all day as he worked so hard by himself !! The gym was adequate but no air con !
This is not a five star definitely more a four star. The air con in my room didn’t work and needed it with temperatures hot at night. The carpet in my room was clean but had stains on it and worn in places.
There were insufficient sun beds unless you got up early to put your towel on one !! Same for umbrellas!
There is only one pool heated the others were very cold
The lunch and dinner was not very varied.
The snack bar was only open for three days when I stayed and the male waiter who worked there was rude and grumpy!
The gym and spa was a good ten min walk away from the main hotel.
