Very disappointing stay. The internet was practically non-existent, there was no heating, and the food was terrible. The only positive was the staff; they were friendly.

I made a reservation 7 days ago. Right after that, I sent a message to the hotel to let them know that I would arrive later and to check if that was okay, since it says that the front desk is open 24 hours. Nobody replied to me — I sent two messages. I arrived at 2 PM, but the hotel was closed, the lights were off, and after I knocked, a man who seemed half-drugged came out. When he opened the door, he asked for our passports until tommorow and told me that I would have to pay in the morning, even though I had already paid through the app. I refused, and he told me to find another accommodation. The place was extremely dirty — a real shit hole. Then he shut the door on me. Avoid this spot at all costs if you don’t want your trip ruined.

Nice budget hotel. I was concerned since some reviews were very negative but only needed place for overnight. Was pleasantly surprised. Had big room very nice bathroom and good wifi. Not sure where all the negative reviews came from…in my experience they were way off and exaggerated. Good attached restaurant too with cheap breakfast
When I paid in euros as I was told by booking.com the person at the desk gave me a terrible exchange rate on my change.

Worst ever. Rooms available on fifth floor without a lift. Having shabby look from reception to room. I refuse to stay.
