Absolutely everything. What a fine hotel. The man in charge was so helpful, kind, and gracious. The person who cleaned was fantastic with an impeccable attention to detail. A taxi was easily obtained by staff for me at 3:00 am. We look forward to our next visit.

Very nice staff and very cheap
The five persons room had a size fitted for two persons and beds for three. You have to share a small blanket when you sleep in the double beds. Could hear people shower and snore through the walls.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is located in the old town and only a few minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The beds were really comfy and the room was clean. Late check in was possible, and the staff helped us with booking a taxi service back to the airport for a good price (also, they can help you with booking various tours outside of Marrakech if you ask them). They gave us clean towels on demand and printed our boarding passes (you need to have a printed version of boarding pass for the return trip). Overall, it is a good accommodation for travelers on a budget.
At night it can get a little bit noisy as all of the rooms are situated very close to one another and isolation is bad.
