Rooms are really big. Staff are exceptionally professional and provide quality service (e.g. getting reasonable taxi rates). This place is better than a hotel and beds are extra comfortable. It’s 2 mins walk from the shopping mall with a huge grocery stall in the basement and multiple restaurants on the top floor.
There’s no gym and the provided breakfast is quite lacking. The downtown city is 15mins away which requires taxi.

Great staff and very comfortable, clean rooms. The location is around 4 km from the medina, but it's easy to get there by walking (about 30 minutes) or taking a taxi just in front of the shopping center, which is next door. The riad also offers breakfast and an indoor restaurant with delicious and reasonably priced food. We didn't use it, but there is also a roof jacuzzi and a hammam available within the riad. We stayed there for 5 days and loved it.

Riad Soir de Marrakech was an absolutely beautiful place, rooms were very clean, staff was helpful, and location so convenient.
Discotheque noise, please don’t forget your earplugs. I had an issue about it but the staff managed to solve it by moving me. Overall experience was excellent.

They made us pay the jacuzzi 15 euros after use without telling us about it before.

Reasonable price and reasonable facilities. The lady staff was very friendly.
The room was next to the kitchen. I heard they washing the dishes and cooking instruments until late night.
Also they lost the cap of my shaver during the room cleaning. What sad is that I heard no single word of apologies.

Disappointing
1- the breakfast was low quality food
2-the room was stuffy-no air flow
3-the owner was not hospitable
4-one night the music played until 2 am we have to asked to stop it .
5- we had an emergency at night and the front disk staff did not have any information on local hospital or clinics

Wonderful
The people were absolutely great and helpful we have been hosted by a group of professionals. The place is very beautiful relaxing and comfortable . The cleaning service tidied up the room daily. The location is not far from a city centre but far enough to get some peace after busy day. Riad had bar and food and there are nice restaurants nearby too, aswell as shops and taxis. Breakfast choice was little but tasty :)
The pool is lovely but it's not heated, which is OK when the weather is hot (its been 24-27 degrees during our stay) we wish we just knew that before booking as we have been really keen on swimming that unfortunately didn't happen as water felt freezing cold

The staff was very nice and kept the room overall clean. The room was very nice and the location was nice next to the mall. Very authentic and pretty. Staff was helpful overall!
There were some of bugs with some in our room and some in the bar area. I also had scheduled a massage around after 6pm on night for the next day at 5pm and then the next day I went to get my massage and they claimed that I had scheduled it for the other day at 4pm which wasn’t even possible. I just wish they did more to help because it felt like they didn’t care. Some of the food wasn’t my favorite but that was probably due to different taste preferences.
