Its pretty old and run down, no water in the rooms or even glasses.. old bathroom. the rooftop isnt all that nice - dark and dusty. Even though this is cheap, I dont think its worth the money.

There is loud live music in the evening on the deck and you can hear everything in your bedroom. Also sometimes the hot water in the showers finishes and we weren't informed about that.

Unfortunately for us, we stayed in room 13 with a bathroom, which was the begging of the worst holiday we ever had. The room and bathroom were clean, still, the bathroom looked under construction, cracked tiles (door for crawlers) and cracked shower drainage where you could hurt your feet. In the evening while in bed, two cockroaches were chasing each other around the mirror wall. We didn't make much fuss about the room as we were too excited to start our holiday. On the 3rd day, I woke up bitten by some insect, during the day I had a bad reaction and by night I found the culprit, it was a bed bug full of my blood, by the 4th day I had two other bites on my forehead "luckily " I didn't have a such bad reaction as the insect was already too full. The receptionist was nice enough and gave us another room explaining that before us they had someone who came from the mountains, staying in that room. At this point, I was ready to change the hotel or buy a ticket back home but we decided to book the 3-day trip to Merzouga through the hotel. Long story short I came back barely walking by myself with acute diarrhoea, vomiting and fever - Travellers' Diarrhoea I think. Even if I only had cooked food, no raw veggies or fruits or salads and drunk bottled water. I wish I had read the negative reviews before as the good ones are only for the big rooms shown in the photos which seem well-kept. While we spent a lot of money on this holiday, instead of coming back home full of nice memories we left heartbroken and ill.
