The pool was very nice and the kids really enjoyed it.
The rooms are very dated and it was very noisy. Apart from the pool, it's not really worth the price.

The king suites were big and the beds were comfortable.The pool was good and the view was amazing!!
It was very dirty no proper cleaning of rooms and they didn’t even change the bed sheets no facilities at all.I asked for prayer mat,iron for pressing clothes, tissue box they provide nothing at all.Very tasteless breakfast with no variety at all.The staff was very lazy even the room service was very slow and didn’t listen at all….

I think it is a very valuable property, well located among the int'l hotels, close to center, good layout, large number of rooms.
Reception staff were helpful, housekeeping was great.
But there are some issues that I could not understand. Crossiant was a precious commodity for example, when it is finished it is not replaced for some time and one day it was not replaced at all. So if you are late to go down ( even at 9 oclock ) to the breakfast you may not be able to get the original variety. The hotel needs some refurbishment ( and as I could see they have already started at one corner of the hotel ) but the breakfast issue is more important and easier to be improved I guess. Pool water was very cold. I was not able to swim but my sons were. Pool staff asked for a deposit to give a pool towel which I believe is a procedure not expected in a 4 star hotel.

Couldn't sleep well because of some weird noises from pipes and ventilation.
Crazy thing for a 4 stars, they asked me 100drh deposit to have pool towels...
The hotel is almost empty but they charge me 300drh/30e for a late checkout...no commercial anything in here.
No iron in the hotel.

For a hotel with pretended standards they didn’t even have iron !! They charged for gym which was rubbish.. they charged for towels .. the food was bad

AC not centralised, AC Facing the bed is not OK
Facilities are less, kids pool must be with water plays and more attractions, adults pool during day must be vacuumed as well due to dead bees, leaves of the palms ect...
Prices are a bit expensive for room service, and restaurants are almost same which is a mistake. need to check prices and variety of dishes in the menu.
breakfast is good but refilling is slow, and the hot dishes are very poor variety not OK, dessert or fruit station also not OK, cold section Not OK... what is OK is Eggs section and drinks and pastry little bit.
need animations in the pool during day and discounts for inhouse guests for dinner buffet live entertainment try to get benefits of inhouse guests.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the staff as they helped with alot of our queries. Pool was quite nice.
The drinks and food was overpriced and we had to walk quite far to the nearest shop to get the same drinks for a cheaper price.
