The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant had amazing food on the menu. I was very impressed. The architecture and layout were very beautiful, the restaurant, pool, and bar area were very nice and I enjoyed the dinner time music.
My luggage had been lost,and I had almost no toiletries. It would have been nice if there had been some lotion and conditioner in my room,or that the hotel could have provided to me. There was no washcloth, either, so bathing was challenging.

Welcoming staff, hotel throughout was clean. Large, bath, rooms, and beds.
Great hotel, clean and spacious, with friendly staff.
However, the food in the restaurant wasn't the best. Typically, what you'd come to expect from an entry level all inclusive. Personally, I didnt enjoy the food (maybe ok for an overnight stay). But if you're looking for something to eat every day for inclusive meals, then I'd say look at staying at another hotel .

This hotel has everything you need in it and more, I will be back here every time I visit Marrakech. Staff are great also

The pool area is great! Its a short bus or taxi ride into the Medina. Staff are helpful. The rooms are a standard room, needing a little bit of a revamp. But all very comfortable.
