The area
Hotel facilities old, room even though spacious absolutely outdated! The Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Towels not changed from day to day! The breakfast with very little Choice and tasteless.
I suggest you also to pay a bit more your people, standing and wanting a tip even for changing some towels. Let’s not talk about the room service (if you can call it like that)

staff very nice during checkin, they seat you on the couch and serve a welcome tea. breakfast is good enough, worth the price. our suite was quiet and comfortable. spa and pool seemed nice, but we ended up not using it.
if you ask reception for a taxi, their staff will just stop one passing by the street, you still have to negotiate the price yourself (do that in advance, taxi drivers love scamming tourists there, you probably shouldnt pay more than 50 to go most places).

I requested a receipt for my payment and was told that a note would be made so I could receive an invoice at check-out. However, during check-out, I requested the invoice again and was told the printer was not working. I was asked to leave my email address. After a few days, I wrote to the hotel to request the invoice once more. It has now been a week, and no one has responded to me.

The building has potential and is really nice. The staff from the breakfast were really nice and helpful, as well as the room cleaning staff.
They give us a bedroom that was not prepared for the customer, towels on the bathroom floor, the rubbish bin with debris… Some workers from the staff were a little disrespectful

Unfortunately it was really windy when we stayed so couldn’t make use of the balcony
The band and music in the bar was a pleasant surprise

Choose this hotel as the pool looked nice unfortunately it was not in use when we got there
Would have chosen another hotel we had known the pool was closed
Not much choice at breakfast and the coffee from the machine was undrinkable

Hotel was clean with good amenities. Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner buffet. Though we didn’t avail the lunch option but the breakfast and dinner buffet were goo value for money with several options.
The location is great. Within walking distance of the attractions. 2 mini grocery stores just outside and money changer just a block away.
There was also a hotel bar with really good singers.
Hotel staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The pool was empty and being refurbished which was not mentioned whatsoever. My friend and I solely booked this hotel due to the wonderful garden and outdoor pool facility. Unbeknown to us, the pool was empty which left us with great disappointment upon arrival. We had to pay for a taxi to and from another hotel as well as a pool day fee which we were not expecting to do. If we had been informed beforehand we would not have booked this hotel. This experience was NOT what we paid for and I believe compensation is in order.

The welcome and friendliness of staff. Leila couldn't have been more helpful and made our room cgange very easy for us. Hotels is in a good area, and you can walk to the old town in about 15-20 mins. Excellent breakfast cafe next door.
All the ratings given are for the room we spent most of our stay in. The 1st room offered though really large, was poor, semi basement, dark and bathroom in need of a refit. The wines at the Dellarisa were a bit of a shock (can only drink alcohol in Hotels during Ramadan) they're well over priced. Apprix £24 for 2 small glasses. And restaurant pricy too.
