Friendly and efficient staff who helped us with directions, booked transport for us etc. Kamal was always happy and smiling and ready to help us. Our room was huge and there was a lovely pool area. Breakfast was simple, but fine.
We could hear the front door bell really loudly from our ground floor room.

Staff was courteous and helping.
I had booked the room with breakfast option. However, the breakfast was never ready before 9 AM. Hence, could not avail the breakfast for any of the 4 days.

The property was nice and comfy bed
When we checked in, it was very unwelcoming. We were then taken to our room and then asked to move to a different room. We asked check out at 1pm which was agreed but then they were knocking on our door and calling at 12:30pm saying check out now! When we came to checking out and pay no one was around and we had to wait for someone to turn up, again no conversation.

I truly enjoyed my four nights stay at 'Darsor'. It's super clean, welcoming and cozy with a great location. I could literally just walk to any touristic spot: Alfna square, Manara Mall, Bahiya ... The staff were super friendly and helpful specially ' Kamal' . He was utterly cheerful, friendly and helpful. Extremely well-mannered, patient and ready to help whenever needed . Kamal even managed to help me fixed a misplaced part of my car. I am definitely coming back to 'Darsor'.

The Hotel is so so beautiful and in a very convenient location where one side is old town and in other direction you are in new town.
Kamal at the reception gave us the best welcome and looked after us everyday. Rooms were very spacious and high end decor. Ground floor reception area is very well laid out and can be used as a common living space.
I cannot say I didn't like anything about this Hotel. Top notch.

I like that all the staff members were polite and always friendly and helpful during the 6 nights that we stay Mr lberka always carried a smile his very good and accommodating, I will recommend this property to all friends that are thinking to visit Marocco .
I wish the room wasnt so near the kitchen apart from that no complaints

The room looked exactly like in the pictures big and comfortable.
The ac was not working neither the fridge. For the breakfast, they dont have a buffet or even a menu, they choose for you what to eat. The room was not ready on time and during my stay i had to request it many times before they cleaned the room and fixed the ac and the fridge which was done on the last night from my stay so i couldnt really benefit from it. Additionally the balcony was not cleaned probably u could still find dust and sand everywhere. The location was even worse. No taxi knew the street and i had to wait more than 1h under the sun from me to find one taxi that could take me there. They are really under staffed and whenever i would call the reception there was no one to answer. Plus they charged a stay tax which was the first time i have heard of.
