the bathroom was bad. No heating in other bedroom. the towels were different colors and not enough for everyone.

Loud in the evenings, with other guests going and coming & from locals outside. Sounds easily carried throughout the hallways.

I am tall, 191 cm - the bed was simply too short to me... Breakfast on a pictures was fare away to easy one we got (easy one).

In the description, it says that there is parking, but we were directed to a parking garage at full price. Would be better to play fair and tell the truth. The price for the appartment was very good - unbeatable. three rooms 6 beds , two with airconditioning. Location great. very good points , so why ly about the parking?

Manager/ owner would not allow us to shorten our stay by a day without paying for it. Other than that, the property was represented correctly online.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the entire place that we were allocated. Most aspects of the rooms and facilities were below standard. None of the rooms had any adequate storage, wardrobes, shelves etc. making it really difficult for guests to at least put out some basics for everyday use. The bathroom had nowhere to put any toiletries, apart from the floor or on the toilet itself. There was a constant bad smell coming from the drain, so much so, that we needed to buy some cleaning products from the local shops nearby to try and keep the smell contained. There was not even a toilet roll holder for the toilet paper. The shower holder did not position the shower head properly to direct the water. The AC was only OK in only one of the rooms. The basin outside the bathroom - again in poor condition, tap was loose with some leaking. The beds were OK in the rooms but all pillows were quite firm and high which did cause issues for everyone in my group to sleep well. Unfortunately, there was also a lot of noise we experienced in the early hours of the mornings with either people or birds. I guess by design these Riads are not very sound proofed. The lighting also is very dim in all rooms. The ladies specifically struggled with getting ready and putting on makeup etc. My overall stay from a facilities/room perspective was not so comfortable for me and my family. The place is in need of some improvements for sure - I'm not suggesting anything dramatic, just some upgrades to the bathroom / basin, perhaps more AC in other rooms, fixing the internal doors so that they close and possibly be lockable. Some additional storage/shelving would give guests some practical options to put some belongings out while they stay there. I would like to state on a positive note, that the staff were great! Lovely people who were approachable and very friendly. Thank you Ziad specifically for your super hospitality and general kind nature.

Shower not draining the water, leading to having a swimming pool in the bathroom. Unclear description, it seemed the terrace belonged to the apartment but it belongs to the whole building.

Bathroom could’ve used a shower curtain. We wanted fresh air into the room in the night but not so convenient with the mosque close by going off in the middle of the night. Not the easiest place to reach by car, narrow streets to drive through and google maps sends you through impossible alleys, luckily locals were kind enough to show us the right way.

1 house with 3 apartments, very noisy in the house as breakfast area is next to your door only 1 key, useless for a group. The host was away a lot. 1 bedroom did not have a door.

At first, the location seemed somewhat far from the city center, but as the days went by, we got to know the area better and ended up liking the neighborhood we were in even more than the city center itself.

Pictures on booking.com misleading Making it look like a palace 1 bathroom and 1 guest bathroom means 2 bathrooms. There was only 1 which made us 9 queing for toilet and shower!!
