Location very easy, Breakfast amazing, Room awesome. This people OMG they re to much. Fatima she clean this RIAD so good. The hotel when you arrive its really clean. if you compare with the others one. This one is the best those laddies they take care of you and ask if you need help or something. Im so grateful ;)

The owners were very nice, they greeted us with smiles and tea and they also let us leave our things to pick up later after we checked out, which was a tremendous help for us (we went sightseeing in the meantime). The breakfast was delicious, the location is perfect, smack in the middle of the city centre.
Shower drain was clogged but it was a minor inconvenience. Also, we had Wi-Fi in our room on the ground floor, but the higher you went, the less coverage you got. However, in the lobby internet speed was good.

Lovely place for the 2 weeks I spent there. The place has an extremely and pleasant familiar atmosphere, with good staff. It is quite near the main square, but not too much into the medina, which might be good in case you arrive late at night and don't want to go into the medina maze. Superb breakfast on an amazing panoramic terrace with view over the city - which might be quite cold on windy days. Single room with a large confortable bed, frequently clean. Bathroom equally described.
Guests don't get keys, meaning they may have to wait a bit for someone. Usually, there is always someone to open the door.

The location, the breakfast and the owner was nice.
Shared bathroom and the door cannot be locked properly.
The water from the shower easily gets outside onto the bathroom floor making the floor quite wet.
You don't get the keys to the house itself so we were asked to pay 50 mad for late check-in when we first arrived and we had to go out to grab food late.

The staff is incredible, super kind, helpful and attentive. The owner and Gigi are very generous, they even offered me a dinner. The breakfast is pantagruelic, definitely super rich and various, served on a lovely terrace. The location is great, 5 mins walk from the bus stop and the main square. The place is super clean.
The location on Google map is not right. So if you are searching for it ( taxi and cars cannot enter the medina, you'll have to walk 3 minutes) download Google map off and search for Dhar Khmissa Riad and Spa, Dar Yasser is just after it at the end of the alley. My door has a glass window at the top, in correspondence there was a light in the corridor, everytime someone was coming back even late at night, I was flashed by this very strong light. The manager, Gigi promptly ensure me they will put some blinds over it, otherwise it's hard to sleep.

The staff was very very nice and helpful. The view from terass is great, wifi is good. Room was big and perfect clean.
Walls/windows are quite thin, so you can hear in the night the sound from the street.

location is great. even though in the city, very quite at night. Hosts are really nice people. Family spirit.
It was not clear that the bathroom was shared but was not a big issue as there were very few guests when we stayed.
