Wonderful
Location is perfect, roof with sun loungers and jacuzzi is beautiful.
I didn't see any ventilation on the first floor, I recommend to create it. Breakfast is rather simple.

The breakfast was good.
The room was clean.
The owner tried to make us pay more money than it was on the reservation. At first he wanted the payment only in cash because he can't get credit card in Euros.Then he claimed that city tax is 5 Euro per person per night, which is a lie.not an honest person.
The place was empty for the 3 days we stayed there and still he wanted more money for 2 more hours of stay.we waited with the language outside when the riad is empty...
And it's an expensive one.
I don't recommend this place.

The staff looked after us very well and ensured we enjoyed our stay. We also enjoyed their breakfasts and some evenings we also arranged dinners there as the food and the level of service was impeccable! The Riad is located in a good and quite location, it is definitely a hidden gem - would highly recommend!

The property was a bit difficult to reach out but signs on it guided me from my cab going in to the Riad. The place was really nice but the service is just world class. I really appreciated how they took the time to entertain questions and gave us a great guide on what and where to go within my stay. They have great staff and I could not recommend it enough especially with Ismaal who greeted me and gave me the guide and explained the ins and outs of the city. Highly recommended!

Just rememver, it's very easy to get lost in Marrakech.
Really hard to find the location. So many lane ways. No Television. No tea or coffee facilities.

The staff was very friendly and the location is superb for someone who wants go explore the medina. Esmail the day receptionist is a great professional who is very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was also nice after a long day in the markets
We were given a ground floor room which really didn't suit us because there were no windows at all and the door was transparent! This forced us to keep the curtains closed during our entire stay which felt claustrophobic. Breakfast could have been better as well. Jacuzzi didn't heat up much at all.

Beautiful little nook just outside the walls of the Medina, giving a little peace and quiet. Breakfast was spectacular every morning, fresh and local. The staff couldn't have been kinder nor warmer. Just a spectacular stay.
The WiFi is a bit slow, so may interfere with projects or communications that may require a fair bit of bandwidth.

Absolutely everything was Perfect.Very easy to find with MAPS.ME app. Very clean like in a hotel-everyday. Ismael and Salem(i hope writing is correct) are the Best hosts I have ever met-very polite and helpful. Tarrasse with jacuzzi were great place to relax after travelling and siteseeing.We really enjoyed our stay
Breakfast mainly sweet and we stayed there a week so it was a little bit too much.We think this part could be improved if people are staying longer

Very comfortable, fantastic staff, great breakfast, good location.
Like most riad, it is loud as the rooms all face the internal patio and when guest come or have their breakfast it can get quite loud. Tricky parking

The riad is very nice and well maintained. Ismail was very kind welcoming us and taking us to get a taxi to the station. Breakfast and dinner very good and plentiful. The terrace is beautiful and with a nice view.
The hot tub should perhaps be kept cleaner.

The staff was super friendly and helpful for any queries we had. Location is perfect if you wanna stay near the city centre but not immerse in the traffic.
I cant pay by card due to a problem, I hope its just an occasional problem.
