Beautiful riad. Mourad was the best host ever! Went above and beyond. Super personable and great tips. In the Medina but in a quiet part.
Other guests came back late and were loud. This can happen in any riad though.

We stayed at Riad Sierra for one night only and had we more time, would have definitely stated longer! Breakfast was exceptional, the room and facilities were very stylish and last, but not least - the administrator (can't really recall the name - Abu?.. Ali?.. you know who you are!) was super helpful - he assisted us with our luggage, gave recommendations for best restaurants nearby and overall was very hospitable.
There was a bit of limescale in the shower - other than that, everything else was perfect.

What a beautiful place. We loved every bit of it. Close to the Medina, nice comfy bed. Mourad was super sweet…he helped us with our suitcases when we arrived and when we left. His tips and recommendation of restaurants was excellent. I will definitely come back to this place whenever I’m in Marrakech

Riad Sienna was a lovely oasis. The staff was so attentive and lovely. They did everything to make our stay memorable. They arranged tours and drivers for us. They provided us with invaluable information such as routes to and fro attractions. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning was delicious.

Everything - room, pool, breakfast exceptional. Mourad was the perfect host - soooo welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t do enough to make our stay easy. The property is absolutely stunning from the beautifully tiled floor at the pool area to breakfast on the roof lounge. We will definitely return

The staff made our stay very pleasant. The Riad it self is nice and clean. 10-12 mins walking distance from the main square. The neighborhood is little rough but safe. Mourad one of the employees at the Riad helped us with all the details around the hotels. Things to do, restaurants and hot to navigate with locals as many want to help for money. Mourad made our stay very special.
Nothing, my wife and I just stay for one night and the Riad had everything we needed.

Amazing riad in Morocco. The riad has a beautiful, traditional look and a calm atmosphere. It felt like a quiet little escape. Our room was spacious, and the beds were really comfortable.
What is especially exceptional is the staff. Mourand was very kind and made things easy for us. He communicated on our behalf with the tour guide we had booked a tour with, and made sure we were picked up and dropped off at the right location. He often patiently explained and answered any questions we had, as well as recommended places and food to go to and try while we were in Morocco. This significantly enhanced our trip in Morocco. We feel very thankful for him.
Overall, I would highly recommend this riad to those who wish to stay in Marrakesh!

At the end of our trip we returned to Riad Sierra for 1 night. We honestly cannot recommend this place enough. It's delicate style and interior design, the quiet courtyard and big rooftop terasse make you want to spend relaxing time in the hotel. It is conveniently located in the heart of Marrakech. Pick up and drop off from airport/railway station were organized via the hotel staff and everything went smoothly. We had delicious breakfast and dinner (the latter we paid for extra for a reasonable price). Special thanks to Murad, who made us feel welcome and cared for during our entire stay! Whenever we return to Marrakesh, we will for sure stay again at Riad Sierra.

We've stayed at Riad Sierra for 3 nights and cannot recommend this hotel enough. It's delicate style and interior design, the quiet courtyard and big rooftop terasse make you want to spend relaxing time in the hotel. It is conveniently located in the heart of Marrakech. The property recently reopened under new ownership and it was pristine! Such a beautiful space, well curated, and comfortable. I loved the size of the deluxe suite for my husband and I, and of course the attention to detail from the amazing staff reception’s welcome and availability, breakfast, and cleanliness. The reception picked us up at our taxi and guided us to the riad then walked us through a map of Marrakesh so we could get our bearings.
I loved everything about this place! Since it was BRAND new there was a faint paint smell but the new air conditioning unit helped when I let it run for a bit. There wasn’t a lot of hot water, but it was fine to take a warm shower.
