The customer service was amazing! They gave us the dos and don’ts of the souks and explained to us on a map where to go and what to do! They were very welcoming and friendly. The mint tea was also phenomenal!

The architecture and decor are breathtaking, and the staff is incredibly helpful, making for an unforgettable experience. The riad is an oasis in the madness that the Medina is. Mourad is absolutely amazing one of the best host I have ever encountered in many travels! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners one night, and they were incredibly kind and welcoming.
Bathroom could have had more light but that’s nitpicking.

Location was perfect to explore Marakkesh. The thoughtful breakfast was yummy and people are very caring.

The staff and the room were amazing. So clean, so nice. They came to pick us up and take us to the Riad since it can be confusing in the Medina and made us feel so welcome!
It’s a small property, so be aware that you will be close to your neighbors and hear people outside the room.

Beautiful riad. Mourad was the best host ever! Went above and beyond. Super personable and great tips. In the Medina but in a quiet part.
Other guests came back late and were loud. This can happen in any riad though.

We stayed at Riad Sierra for one night only and had we more time, would have definitely stated longer! Breakfast was exceptional, the room and facilities were very stylish and last, but not least - the administrator (can't really recall the name - Abu?.. Ali?.. you know who you are!) was super helpful - he assisted us with our luggage, gave recommendations for best restaurants nearby and overall was very hospitable.
There was a bit of limescale in the shower - other than that, everything else was perfect.

What a beautiful place. We loved every bit of it. Close to the Medina, nice comfy bed. Mourad was super sweet…he helped us with our suitcases when we arrived and when we left. His tips and recommendation of restaurants was excellent. I will definitely come back to this place whenever I’m in Marrakech

Riad Sienna was a lovely oasis. The staff was so attentive and lovely. They did everything to make our stay memorable. They arranged tours and drivers for us. They provided us with invaluable information such as routes to and fro attractions. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning was delicious.

Everything - room, pool, breakfast exceptional. Mourad was the perfect host - soooo welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t do enough to make our stay easy. The property is absolutely stunning from the beautifully tiled floor at the pool area to breakfast on the roof lounge. We will definitely return

The staff made our stay very pleasant. The Riad it self is nice and clean. 10-12 mins walking distance from the main square. The neighborhood is little rough but safe. Mourad one of the employees at the Riad helped us with all the details around the hotels. Things to do, restaurants and hot to navigate with locals as many want to help for money. Mourad made our stay very special.
Nothing, my wife and I just stay for one night and the Riad had everything we needed.

Amazing riad in Morocco. The riad has a beautiful, traditional look and a calm atmosphere. It felt like a quiet little escape. Our room was spacious, and the beds were really comfortable.
What is especially exceptional is the staff. Mourand was very kind and made things easy for us. He communicated on our behalf with the tour guide we had booked a tour with, and made sure we were picked up and dropped off at the right location. He often patiently explained and answered any questions we had, as well as recommended places and food to go to and try while we were in Morocco. This significantly enhanced our trip in Morocco. We feel very thankful for him.
Overall, I would highly recommend this riad to those who wish to stay in Marrakesh!

Our family had an amazing stay at Riad Sierra! From the moment we arrived, Abdou and his entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our experience truly memorable. The riad itself is beautiful and serene—a perfect oasis.
