The architecture was beautiful! We had a really great time there and the staff was really sweet and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying there. In our last day we had to leave very early and they were happy to make breakfast for us, which was great!
The beds were very hard and the room was quite dark, we felt that a little bit more lighting would be best. Specially in the bathroom, which we had a hard time applying makeup.

Gorgeous mansion-like structure in the Old Town, but in a very quiet street. Staff were superb - helpful, knowledgeable,caring. You MUST have them arrange to come get you from the drop-off spot because you won’t find it easily the first time.
Breakfast was lacking, but adequate. Would prefer small open buffet of yogurt, bread, fruit, cheese. Also, need an another lamp in living room.

In the later evening immediate areas have people who says smaller maze roads are closed just to show you a different way and demand money in the "help " process, usually around $10-20 USD per person. So you need to walk confident and not stop, even though you may encounter many in the area. We had earlier stayed just adjacent to the Medina for three days and never had this issue.

Location is perfect to walk around the Medina. The real Marrakesh experience with your piece of luxury inside the Riad. Staff was always there to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

It is a hidden gem in the middle of The Medina. The staff works very hard to exceeds expectations and the food is absolutely unbelievable. They also do a great job coordinating the airport transfer back and forth and the one day tours for you and your family. I highly recommend the cooking class, the hot ballon, and the Agafay desert trip

We stayed at the red suite, which is very photogenic. We feel we've take back into a different era in time.
However, there were some hiccup when it comes to communication with the hotel. The airport pickup was arranged and confirmed in advance with emails. But no show at the airport and staff was not aware of the situation when we arrived. On the day of our departure, the staff confirmed she would help get some questions answered with our next hotel and got back to me through email. That didn't happen either. Although the suite we stayed was spacious and lovely with unique architectural details, the bathroom had sewer odor. I guess that might be to do with the old structure.

The property has its own charm and character, which differs from other Dar or Riad in Marrakesh visited so far, the staff is well trained, we found the beds extremely hard and a persistent smell of burned wood which was not very pleasant, breakfast is average Marrakesh style we expected something more.

Everything was very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were greeted with tea on the rooftop. And the breakfast was amazing. Make a note that you need to walk a bit from the taxi drop off to Dar Darma. Not a problem at all, though.
