The staff at the property were really lovely, always welcoming you in and ensuring you have everything you need. The room we stayed in (orange room) was really nice and comfortable.
The property was hard to find even with Google maps. Attached photo of the alleyway to follow to hopefully help out future visitors.

-Breakfast was amazing
-Loved having mint tea on arrival and getting an explanation of the city. Similarly had some tea whilst we waited for our taxi leaving
-Clean and cosy
- I didn't realise that the pool is in the same place as the breakfast tables, so I felt awkward going in in the morning! But it was nice to have breakfast outside on the roof terrace

The property itself is truly beautiful, and all of the rooms have their own unique style. I also loved the roof terrace with pool where we spent most mornings and our final afternoon in Marrakesh.
The staff were fantastic, friendly and and really couldnt do enough for us! They provided great advice, recommendations and were always on hand to help.

Most welcoming staff you can find. Unfortunately a strong earthquake happened during our stay but we were surprised about the level of involvement of the whole staff.
The Riad has top decoration, top location and top breakfast.
I have been several times in Marrakech and this is definitely the best place you can find to live a local experience with all European standards

We had a nice stay at the hotel. We liked the delicious breakfast, the staff was nice, walking distance to almost everything we visited.
We had a problem with the shower that was a little old and hot water wasnt always running.
But overall a good stay.

Breakfast was excellent! Having tea in the afternoon was great, dipping in the pool to cool off, having the opportunity to meet other guest and Mustafa was helpful helping us with arrangements. We would recommend this place with friend!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Though manager would not refund for the last day when I canceled my stay and departed early.
Property clean and well maintained.
Location - this Riad is more on the working side of the Medina. c
Facilities were good enough but no view from roof patio. A/C and mattress were good enough too but not great.

Lovely staff, we felt very welcomed from the outset, even though we arrived late. Mustafa always helped with any queries, and even went the extra mile to host us a cooking class with his mum when ours got cancelled. Breakfast was always generous and we had lovely chats with the man serving us. The location was also fab, only ten/fifteen minutes from the centre, though it seems more like a local area rather than touristy. Would recommend to anyone thinking of booking, good value for money!
It was raining during our stay and there were puddles right outside our door, though this was often brushed towards the drain when people came past

The Riad is cosy and beautiful. The rooms are very nice and the manager too.
The location is good.

The design was well done, the room was bright and beautiful. The person who helped us Mansa was really nice and attentive. The room was cleaned thoroughly except one day that they forgot to clean it.
The location was a bit difficult to navigate at first but the owner was quite responsive to guide us via message. The room was quite cold (the time of the year) and the ac was not strong enough to warm it. But the owner brought a gas heater which helped. Sometimes he is quite late to respond via message. Breakfast was plenty but it can be diversified. We got the same thing for three days, it would be nice to switch it up between days. The owner also forgot about the city tax payment and asked us last min, it would be good tell us the first days before we had to rush to change currency.
