I have celiac disease and the staff had gluten free bread for me on hand which was amazing! The staff is so sweet and helpful and the interior is beautiful!!! Highly recommend! I wish we stayed for longer

Location was great, on a quiet street and near a main road with taxis while also a short walk into the souks and main square. The staff were incredible, particularly Samira, who was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming - she made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Our stay at Dar Charkia was extraordinary. Nestled in Marrakech's medina, this riad marries traditional Moroccan allure with contemporary luxury. The staff's hospitality was exemplary, providing bespoke city guidance. Our room was a haven of tranquillity, and the rooftop views were spellbinding. The breakfast offered a delightful selection of local fare. Dar Charkia is a Moroccan treasure that rendered our journey unforgettable. The staff were exceptional, friendly and cared for our family. My son was able to store his meds in the fridge and they allowed us to use the kitchen freely.

Peaceful quiet location easily walkable to the Souk. Lovely staff-Samira and team were very friendly and attentive, and helpful with suggestions. Organised late night pickup from the airport and return upon departure which was seamless,

We loved Dar Charkia and had a fantastic time. Samira and the team are amazing, the riad was beautiful, and the breakfast was healthy and delicious. It is in a great location, within walking distance to the market, restaurants and bars.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was good with a short walk to the medina. The pool was glorious on our final afternoon before we flew out allowing us to stay cool. Hotel staff were happy for us to continue using the communal areas including pool after checkout. Great service organising us a transfer to the airport in the evening.
Room was set up with an extra bed when we arrived, despite this not being: in the photos, in the room description or requested. Took quite a lot of "discussion" with the hotel management before they agreed to remove the second bed and replace it the seating area we were expecting.

Beautiful rooms and ensuite bathrooms. The AC worked well, especially during the Moroccan summer. Lovely breakfast each morning and super helpful staff
The wifi had very poor connection. Would always drop out and would barely work on the second floor in our room. That was an inconvenience as we wanted to book in tours and experiences but couldnt get connection majority of the time. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and we could not get a good nights sleep at all. The breakfast was delicious, however I wouldve liked there to be a savoury option as I dont really like sweet breakfasts. The only savoury option were the eggs but everything else was sweet.

The location of the Riad is perfect for day exploring in Marrakech. You are close to the main souks and a quick taxi ride away from other sites and transportation hubs of the city. The Riad itself is gorgeous- clean, luxurious and beautiful! The pool area is quiet and serene with a cold bath perfect after a day of navigating the hot city streets. The bedroom is decorated simply and aesthetically pleasing with a zen and calm feel to it. Sam (Samiyra) is so lovely! She is kind, welcoming, attentive and helpful with planning things to do as well as giving you important tips about her city.
