Owners were friendly and helpful. Good communication. When you arrive you will pass through alleys, and experience the reality of people still living in the old part of the medina. Riad inside decoration is beautiful.
As previous comments suggested, Wifi is poor, gets disconnected often. Location of Riad is OK, within the old medina.

This is a beautiful Riad in the Medina (Old Town). It is in a quiet lane away from most of the main attractions but easily walkable. Marrakech is very safe as well. The hosts Youssef and Barbara were very helpful with information prior to our visit and I would recommend booking a taxi through them to get to the Riad. The rooms are compact but more than enough room for a short stay with a great bathroom and shower. The room is cleaned every day with fresh towels. There is plenty of seating in each floor and a nice rooftop terrace. The biggest compliment is I couldn't fault anything.

The property is stunning and immaculate,the owners here are really lovely and friendly,they also have a really cute sleepy puppy.
The room was really comfortable and everything is so clean beautiful.
Breakfast was served on the terrace which was lovley,the coffee was so nice.
The owners are really helpfull too and were happy for me to keep my luggage there after I checked out and helped arrange a taxi to the airport for me.
Just to be aware the property is in a residential area which is a little more conservative,was about 5 minute walk to an ATM and about 15 minute walk to the main square which was fine for me.
Might be better to get a taxi back if you are staying out at night rather than walking.

Would 100% recommend. Host Youseff was amazing, welcoming and helping us with everything. From serving beautiful breakfasts on the roof terrace, to ordering us cabs when we needed it most - always with a smile! Great typical riad in the heart of Marrakesh on a calm back alley. Easy and walkable everywhere in the city.

Everything! It's quite simply, Incredible. Youssef was like a brother to me, someone who helped me from the moment I arrived. Both Barbara and Yousseff worked so hard to make sure that every little detail was taken care of so that I could simply enjoy the delights of the Riad and Marrakech. Also, the breakfast - Wow!!!
Thanks so much Barbara and Yousseff for making my trip to Marrakech and your amazing Riad an experience that I will remember forever. You are amazing people and I feel very lucky and humbled to have met you both. I can't wait to return with my wife.

What an amazing place! So beautifully decorated. Extremely clean and comfortable. Down a quiet alley in a local neighborhood. In the Medina and walkable to the heart of the city and shops. Youssef, Barbara and the staff are very attentive. The place is an oasis. ???
