Staff were friendly and very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and organising travel and dinner reservations throughout our stay. The riad was a lovely place of calm to retreat to after exploring the medina. We enjoyed sitting on the peaceful rooftop terrace in the afternoons. Location is great for exploring the medina and is close to the main square. We ate dinner here on the first night, and it was excellent. Breakfast was good quality, with plenty of variety, including fresh fruits, pastries, and eggs. Our room was comfortable and spacious.

1- the property is decorated really well , nice rooms even the art displayed and the dishes used were all very tasteful . 2- comfortable beds and quiet at night 3- Abdul was there with us during the day and was very friendly and helpful . Nicely laid out table for breakfast .

A delight. All the good reviews are true. We had the single top room. Its is less fancy, but gives you a whole terrace to enjoy as well.

The location is right in the heart of Marrakech. The facilities were phenomenal, sheets and towels were cleaned everyday. They have a laundry service for a small cost, worth it. Patrice was so gracious and caring, he helped us look for riads in the same area and pointed out ones that were similar to his. It was gorgeous and well maintained the room was so beautiful. Tons of food at breakfast, we left full. We ended up staying at Dar Al Assad a second night.

Everything! A beautiful place. Clean, tidy, well equipped. Gorgeous breakfast which changed everyday. The owners of the staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions. Highly recommended. We are going to return next year.

I can't say enough about this Riad! First off, it's just as beautiful in the pictures, and the tranquility is such a relief from the hectic Medina only a few minutes away. As someone who gets sensory overload, it was like an immediate off switch when I got there. For social media fans, yes, this Riad looks amazing in photos and videos. I'm private about my travels, but I did do a walk-through video of the courtyard, my room, and the rooftop simply so I could relive it whenever I want. Patrice and the staff spoil you by presenting you with traditional Moroccan tea and a brief overview about the area in places of interest. Preparing breakfast at the time you want is a godsend as well. The rooms were absolutely spotless which was a pleasure since I feel more and more hotels seem to be skimping on the cleanliness. When I travel, I bring a sheet liner for my sensitives skin, and also because the familiar texture helps me fall asleep faster in a new environment. Our housekeeper was kind enough to make the bed and include my sleep liner rather than remove it like some individuals do meaning I have to remake the bed. It's small things like that that makes the difference between good and exceptional. One thing I loved about Patrice and his staff is that they were there to assist, but they felt more like cousins and uncles. My friend and I are in our 40s, but we found that we wanted to tell them where we were going whenever we went out. Not for safety, just because that's what you do with your family back at home. As a general tip, if you're not from the EU, get yourself some euros before you come. We would not have known if Patrice hadn't let us know the shuttle would be paid in euros. The tour company via the Riad we also used requested payment in euros as well. All in all and amazing location and staff!!

The place is so authentic and managed properly. Everything from the greeting to the support was at its highest standard. The staff is well trained, attentive to details and here to help! The price we paid cannot compare to what we got (in a positive sense). Everything was just Marrakech as it gets, and this place made the stay memorable and unforgettable. We def. suggest the trip to the mountains where you have and authentic dinner and a camel ride organised by such a nice people (Hisham). Medina is just outside the door of the Riad, so you can choose this place if you want to feel the vibe of Marrakech (Emerald suite) P.s. the breakfast is served on the terrace that has a refreshing jacuzzi too and sunbathing area.

The staff were absolutely incredible. Patrice and team were so attentive, kind, friendly and accommodating. We did the dinner at the property as last minute we ran out of time to go out- and WOW! They do not advertise this enough. The chef cooked a beautiful meal, and it was completely authentic

The last time I was in Marrakesh is 29 years ago so I could not remember much of it as I was 5 years old. While booking my holiday to Marrakesh a riad in the medina was a must for me as I wanted to be as close as possible to Jemaa el Fna. I saw this riad and I knew immediately this is the one I will book. It is just roughly 5 minutes locate from Jemaa el fna and it is located in the heart of the historical medina. Initially I could not find it but their staff came to the rescue when I called them and picked me up. It is located in a side alley which is very quiet yet central. When you enter the door you will come into a place that has been modestly decorated and gives a peaceful impression. The riad is very clean and the smell is really pleasant. The rooms itself are spacious enough and the bathrooms have modern facilities yet in historical interior. They serve breakfast between 8 and 10am trust me you will feel so full it is heavy breakfast which gives you the energy to start exploring the city. The food was really good that I had two times dinner at the riad, their chef is really good. When you Moroccan mum is impressed with the cooking that is something that does not happen often. Even their tea was done better then other places in Marrakesh. All the staff is friendly and helpful it almost makes you feel you are actually at home. The other tourists/guests were friendly as well overall it had a nice atmosphere might be due to it size as it is not big. During our stay in Marrakesh on Friday night there was an earthquake luckily the riad has been constructed to handle earthquakes and only had some cracks on the walls on the 1st floor rooms. Also their staff handle the situation perfectly even though it was for him as well the first time experiencing an earthquake he was calm and made sure everyone was safe. I will be definitely back to this riad.

The pool was great to cool down after a hot day. We also used the jacuzzi on the rooftop on one occasion. The breakfasts were also great are the service too.
