Since I'm traveling with two kids, I enjoyed the pools, the aquapark, the green view at the hotel, and the night animation
One of the staff members at the buffet restaurant, who seemed to be a supervisor and an older man, unfortunately showed behavior that didn’t reflect the hospitality expected. He was taking plates from guests’ tables with an angry expression. He even took my plate while I was still eating. When I told him, he slammed the plate back on my table in front of my kids.
Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name or face clearly. If I wasn’t on vacation and trying to avoid stress, I would have escalated the situation further.
This is actually our second stay at the hotel — we first visited in June and came back in July because the kids really liked it. But encounters like this with staff make you reconsider booking again in the future

Hotel was great. Was busy but you wouldn’t know as has so much space.
No air con in the room, was boiling at night.

The breakfast is lovely is only the location is far from main centre
Let them make sure the room have aircoditioner bcos some time is hot and we can’t open the door bcos of fly or other insect

Pools, restaurants etc were nice.
Plenty of choice at the restaurants.
Bar staff, unless you tip you get ignored.
The bar could be relatively empty, there would be 5 or 6 staff serving, you get ignored for a few minutes each time. Bizarre.
Until I saw someone tipping, then it all made sense. If you want normal service tip.

The food was good, traditional Moroccan with various stews and couscous and a big salad choice. The wine which you got in a bottle was very drinkable. The room was spacious and kept clean. The grounds were lovely and very well maintained. The pools were lovely however too cold in December to attempt to go in unfortunately. Pool area with beds very nice. Facilities great, tennis, boule, table tennis and darts.

Wonderful
The food for lunch and dinner was excellent. The staff was friendly and the spa had reasonable prices for services.
Breakfast was underwhelming with long lines in the cold for omelette despite the staff working very hard to make them efficiently.
