Wonderful
The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the city centre and main attractions, but behind the main street. Although so proximate to the main square, it is very quiet and peaceful.
The only con I can think of was a very limited vegan breakfast option.

I liked the waiters in the restaurant, they are very respectful, attentive, they organize everything very quickly, and the bartender is also friendly.
I'll start from the beginning, the reception staff especially the elderly woman and her assistant. They insulted me on the day of my departure, I had to pay tax and in their opinion I stood at the reception for a long time, they rudely rushed me and called me names, I made a transfer from the account to the card, and when I wrote to them in the translator that they would not let me they were in a hurry, in about 5 minutes I would pay, to which they turned their faces away and walked away so as not to read what I wrote in the translator, her assistant called me names without specifically turning to the camera and spoke quietly insults, to which I took out my phone so that there would be evidence and She said that I would record all the insults on camera. The hotel management can look at the recordings from the cameras, the entire attitude towards me that day. Also, when I went on an excursion for two days, I took my suitcase with me, but the cleaning staff decided that I had left and they threw out what I left in the room, then they took mine out of the trash can. I closed my eyes to this and simply asked to hang it on the handle of a door that I would never enter. I cleaned my room myself.

Helpful staff. Good location between airport and centre of city. Walking distance to main square.
Good to have a pool.
Rooms were worn, damaged and scruffy particularly the bathroom.
Buffet dinner was average and seemed quite expensive.

The staff were excellent and friendly, including the restaurant and bar staff. it is very peaceful hotel most of the time.
The room walls could do with little painting, also they really need to have "do not disturb" sign for the doors, as cleaners walk right in after single knock with not much of chance to answer them. This was very annoying to the point i ask them not to clean my room at all unless i ask for it, which they honoured. Otherwise, the cleaners ladies were great and understood our concerns.

It really wasnt as bad as others lead you to believe. It was clean, great location, fantastic pool and the staff were friendly- not 4 star freindly, maybe 3 star by european standards. I would stay here again. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast is meh but i loved the fresh watermelon. The rooms were nice, and theres isnt a fridge, minibar or other nice amenities but there is a bathrun in a large ensuite bathroom. The downstairs rooms have a patio rather than balcony which leads straght to the car oark, so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy and the rooms had little other lighting but again, this is cheap, great location, and it handily had the basic things you need. I wouldnt pay more than 60 a night but for what it is, its great. But just bear in mind its more of an outdated, 3 star

The property is definitely value for money. There is a pool area which has an amazing view of Koutoubia, and a well stocked bar with waiter service around the pool. The hotel is quite dated, but its very clean, and has all the required facilities. The location of the property is perfect , with a 5 minute walk to Koutoubia, and a 10 minute walk to the main market square(Jemaa el Fnaa).
The room were quite dated, and the lighting in the bathroom was very dim. But if there was a refurbishment I would imagine the price would increase. Also, an option of early checkin wouldve been nice.

The hotel had a lovely Morrocan feel. Located in old Medina ,walking distance from the Medina Souk , Khoutubia Mosque and the main square.
The staff were rather stand offish and werent really welcoming. Except for a lovely lady in housekeeping on my floor. There used to be no provision for personal tea or coffee. (A kettle would have been nice ).

the pool was good location was good breakfast was poor
on the night of my arrival i arrived late due to a delayed plane, i wanted a drink and bought a bottle of wine theis was 119 Dirham, which is fine, I also asked for a bottle of water and was charged 95 Dirkam . I was tired and confused so paid without questioning the bartender took cash only. I did think the water was expensive though The following morning at the pool and throughout my stay i was only chargesd 15 Dirham for the same water, basically the BArman was stealing from his guest. This is appaling

Swimming pool and garden area were nice.
The room needs revamping as looks quite outdated. Had to sign paper saying that not allowed to bring any food or drinks to the hotel. Noticed people asking for water during breakfast and be denied without further explanations. Poor breakfast options and trays not being replenished when empty
