Wonderful
The pool was beautiful, the breakfast was quite extensive, the staff were very friendly and helpful, internet worked well, and it was super close to the train station.

Good location.
Our room smelt like it had just been painted. I got bites from what I can suspect to be bed bugs. Carpet in the hallway was dirty, the hotel needs updates. Pictures online feel deceiving compared to when you arrive and see the conditions. Pool area was nice- but that’s about it.

Hotel is very clean, the staff works very hard to keep rooms clean and to help the guests! We had very pleasant stay. If you want to retorn to clen an quiet place after long day in noisy city or old town, this is the place to stay.

Hotel Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. On our second stay, after traveling around Morocco, my wife and I were sick (bacterial stomach infection) and the staff was very kind and went well above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
Property could use a thorough renovation.
Plaster, paint and tilling at many places are worn.
Tub-shower and vanity-sink didn’t drain freely.

The front counter staff very helpful and nice. Spoke perfect English too. The room and hotel was very clean and I felt very safe. The pool area is spacious. The restaurant and breakfast area are very organized. The made to order omelets was a big plus. The area was very convenient. I will be sure to stay here again.
I wished I had more free time to enjoy the pool and eat more pizza.

Airco was ok in the room but external module of AIRCO was standing on the terrace so it was impossible to sit outside due to noise and heat.
Parking is really good protected and Hotel is not in the center of Marrakesh but very very close ....about 1.3 km from big central market place .
The swimming pool as not useable because the environment was used as leisure pace to eat , drink . Tables standing to 0.5 meter from border swimming pool . Only useable between /- 9 AM till 11 AM ...
For longer stays above 1 day the variety in food is low.

Location and the room is quit comfortable
They ask you for a caution of 200dh in cash without making clear the reason why.... I find it very strange and inacceptable as it's the first time I get asked this in Morocco, very stupid thing to do and it did bother me...

The whole bedroom/bathroom needs to be renovated. Bed was very uncomfortable and wifi did not even work fine. Towels were super nasty.
