Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. The spa was amazing!
The air-conditioning was not working properly. Some rooms were smelling sewage. The drinks were not decent.

Everything was very nice,the pool,the room,the food...
The seafood is not cooked properly but there is so much other food,it does not matter much. And the waiter at the lounge bar is the only unfriendly person .

Hotel was clean and well maintained, staff were all friendly and the food was nice.
The location of the hotel means you are either in the complex, on a day trip or catching the shuttle to Marrakesh - there is nothing to see or do close to the hotel.

A large property with two swimming pools and it is adult only.
The check in staff were rude and unsupportive .
The food had no flavour. Was very bland and most of the time it was cold.
The drinks were weak.

We loved everything about our stay here, both pools were lovely we loved and the choice between the pool with music and the quiet pool, our room was great absolutely spotless and very comfy beds, we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a swim up room which was a real treat. The food was fantastic, we were very impressed with the variety in the buffet, each night was different and the a la carte restaurant was superb. Also the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.
We will definitely be both recommending and returning to this hotel.

The breakfast was really good with a lot of options. But we only spent a night. We needed to be closer to Marrakech Medina

Room was spacious an everything was clean and tidy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great selection of food and drink.
No fault of the hotel but a large group of male guests were really drunk. Pestering the female staff and generally acting like they were the only guests in the hotel and helping to continue the bad reputation of ‘Brit’s abroad’.
