The location is a bit far from the city, but general stores and local restaurants are close to the appartement. Our experience was good as we were looking for simple appartement which has basic amenities.

it’s basic overall, we booked it in a last minute situation. In the bathroom there were used cheap soap bars, one half toilet paper roll, broken broom, filthy shower curtain and dodgy toilet flush which stopped working on the last day of stay. Very cheap and smelly towels. To begin this great experience you would also have to pay, on owner’s instruction, €10 (in my case €12 because I didn’t have change as came straight from airport) extra to a lady who delivers the keys. As mentioned in other reviews about the helpful owner, he was nowhere to be seen in our 4 nights stay, only turned up to collect the keys as he doesn’t live on the property, although to be fair on him he offered ride to airport in his car but we had hire car for our next destination.

The apartment is spacious, it was relatively easy to get there being provided with tips from the owner. There is a nice balcon with a view over a main road.
The location is quite inconvenient for people who wants to explore the old town, Medina. On the other hand, it should satisfy guests who want to stay in a more "modern" part of the city. Bathroom was quite poor, there is no way to take a proper shower without having a flood on the floor.
