Spacious and clean, good location, friendly staff
Decor is a little flat, and the rooms could do with a couple of lamps. Strangely, no shower curtain which makes a watery mess.

The location worked well for us as we were visiting family. It is also within walking distance to many things. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Extremely spacious and the location was close enough to most tourist attractions - so the value for money was great. There was always somebody at the reception. The adjacent restaurant was kind and flexible to prepare a "lunch box" for us because we could not have breakfast the following day (due to a tour with early pick-up).
The room was a bit older than how it appears in the photo (but still comfortable!). The door did not "double lock" from the inside (the single-lock was automatic, so safe enough). The lights on the hallway could be lit a bit longer so that we have enough time to unlock the door.

Everything in the place, from the receptionist(Malik is very helpful and informative) to the housekeeping were great.
Room is cleaned and new towels everyday.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are OK. Breakfast was free at the cafe on the ground floor. Beds are nice.
Very poorly equipped. Dim lights, no lamps (only ceiling lights), small cups, no desk, no washing machine. It's quite a walk to the medina, as well as to the train station, and there's no public transport nearby. WiFi is awful, as good as none.
