Had a disappointing experience not worth the price-quality ratio. Far from a 5-star resort; issues like a clogged shower drain, subpar furniture quality, and a musty smell. Kitchen lacked basic amenities, no kettle, and the buffet, though okay, fell short on the quality of tableware. Disappointed with the overall value for the price paid.

The resort blew my mind! My friends and I were pleased with the service we received. All the staff particularly Mr Youseuf were so helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend Al Maaden if you're considering visiting Marakech.
Nothing! Everything was awesome!! we had a splendid time in our villa and the cleaners were always prompt and were always friendly. The pool was cleaned each day as well.

The property needs renovations. We found a lot of big bugs, the kitchen did not have enough supplies.

The food is good but for some items a bit pricey (relative to NL prices). The only alternative is to go the city but with small kids thats not always easy.

When we arrived we were not happy with our villa. It was surrounded by the walls of other villas and felt very closed in and dark, even on a sunny day. Although the garden and pool were lovely. The Hotel kindly moved us up to a 4 bedroom villa and garden and pool. This was really VERY nice. So peaceful and relaxing. In addition I was given some treatments in the Spa. A new experience, but exceedingly good and the staff lovely.
The fact that NO alcohol is served on the premises, was NOT good. However we did go to a supermarket and purchased some, which we could drink in our villa and garden. It was a great shame that almost every Dinner we were alone.. The menu became rather boring after 8 days. The view from the Dining terrace was lovely looking onto a large pond with ducks and lovely gardens.

Spacious villa with big bedrooms. We loved the pool.
The breakfast is meh.. There were a lot of ants so we had to put all our food in the fridge. And there is this smell when you enter the villa but you get used to it.
