I have mixed emotions about this hotel. Let me start with a good stuff. The sheets in the bed were wonderful. The staff was friendly and the hotel smelled very nice and clean. The location was also very good.
This is a premium price property and I expected a property, then matches the price tag. This it fell short of let me start with the biggest problem. This property has is what quite possibly could be the worst and slowest Internet of any hotel. I've stayed in in the last few years. This included the Internet in their business center using their computer. It's simply 1995 speeds. I went to the coffee shop next-door. They had wicked fast Internet, so obviously getting banned with is not a problem. It's a choice in the hotel has made a poor one. I also don't like that the house cleaning staff leaves their carts out in the hallway all night long. I think this is very unprofessional. Additionally, I had spa services which overall was a confusing and strange experience. The facilities themselves were fine, but the staff was poorly trained and it was difficult, not only to make a booking, but it took me 30 minutes from the time I checked in for my 6 PM massage until somebody actually touched me which I think is unacceptable.

Location of hotel is excellent, not an over large hotel which makes it more pleasant. Has a wonderful breakfast, roof top bar & dinning as well as the restaurant which is excellent and enjoyed the spa also. Other good dining options close by also.
No negative I feel, although my friends in another room had a little complaint but was rectified.

room was clean and comfortable, rooftop pool and bar were excellent. breakfast area is great and the quality of food was superb with ample choice. Staff were friendly and helpfull throughout . plenty of choice on bars and restaurants within walking distance

We enjoyed staying one night. Every category in the hotel deserves the highest rating. Very comfortable room and bed, wonderful breakfast with a huge selection. Great lunch. We would be very happy to stay again .
Unfortunately the hotel does not have gym.

Everyone was beyond expectation, the staff was very helpful, the room was large and big ( we thank the hotel for the upgrade ). The food was amazing. The rooftop and swimming pool is a relief. Thanks a lot 2ciels for the amazing services offered, we will definitely stay here next time ??

The location isn’t great for walking to the heart of Marrakech, but was convenient for getting to the airport. The room was spacious and the pool bar on site was pleasant.
The style, room decor and lighting were all a bit off and dated.
