Wonderful
The pool attendants were very helpful. I was traveling alone with my young son and they were very present, we used both the large and the children's pool.
I wish that there was a small heated pool or jacuzzi in the outdoor area so that parents can use it while the children are in the children's or larger pool. The water was too cold for me in the other pools.

Amazing hotel with huge beach front that was mainly empty with only the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Hotel room was nice, comfortable bed, good customer service from all staff we interacted with and decent breakfast and dinner in Resturant.
Shower was okay but would have liked a rain shower for the type of hotel.

Lots of facilities. Good restaurants. Great pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel as a distination is very impressive, but it felt a bit SLEEPY. Too confident. Everyone was very friendly, but hotel as a whole wasn't sharp enough. Their use of single-use plastic was terrible. The beach was endlessly littered with plastic waste.

The property is incredible. Very clean and the location is incredible.
There is huge issue with the personnel. They must have received instructions to make the life of the guests miserable. You need to prove that you are staying at the hotel to every single staff member. If this is the strategy the hitel management selected to lumit the number of the hotel guests, this is a successful strategy.
