The breakfast was good.
The rest was unacceptable.
Staff was very friendly but they did not let me speak to the manager.
The handle of the hotel's front door was even broken. They charged us more than 100 euro for a total disaster and no way to talk to the manager. I wish Hotels.com would check their hotels.
The room we had was a disaster. The entire hotel is a rundown place. Very dirty, shower smelled with urine, walls, floor were dirty, broken tile in the shower. kettle was not working, no way to make a tea or coffee. We arrived late and had no place to choose. Otherwise, we would immediately leave this place.

Small compact clean. I was upgraded to a suite for the same price which was brilliant.
I basically stayed in a large one bedroom apartment with all mod cons. Lots cheap coffee & food options locally. Loved that in particular.
Bit far from the Old city but I didn’t mind the 30 minute walk. The suite didn’t have any cutlery or dishes etc.

This hotel was very well located, making it easy to explore the area. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a bigger room, which was a nice touch. Everything was comfortable and new, contributing to a very enjoyable stay.
