Wonderful
Location Is great and the people were very nice.
The hotel is showing some signs of wear, not least the cracked window in our room that had fogged, partially blocking what was otherwise a fantastic view. But nothing was a serious problem for us

We checked in at 4 20 pn. Frankly I find rhus quite ridiculous. I k ow that in morocco check in is at 3 but then check out is 12 on the dot. They gave us a bigger room but it was painful

The rooms were nice and breakfast was excellent. The staff remained very helpful. The location was very good and everything was in good approach.
Excellent service. The manager of Sofitel Casablanca was very helpful accommodating. We had to discuss few issues and she helped us a lot. Special thanks to Lisa. Excellent service. The staff was very good. Hamza in restaurant was very helpful and good.

I was shocked when I was asked there will be additional payment required for check-in (I arrived at 2:05pm and apparently there checkin time is 3:00pm). This was craziest thing I ever heard. The room had bad smell (not sure if it was due to bad recirculating air). Towels provided were horrific old to the extent I did not want to use it. Room was not clean. Spotted flies in the room and breakfast area.

The hotel has been recently renovated which added a good vibe to the entrance. The main concern was the cleanliness of common facilities such as lifts and corridors that needs more attention from management
They had one restaurant that only served local food starting 7pm which is unfortunate, also there arent many veg. options . They are opening soon a Japanese restaurant hope it can bridge the gap

The staff was amazing, they upgraded us to a suite which was beautiful! Everything was very comfortable, and everyone was very nice. There were some areas that could’ve been cleaner, but overall our stay was amazing.
