Staff is helpful
night parking guy maybe who is used to shout from distance as a way of communication and wait from you to guess what he means.
Parking not available even when you find a place, you can leave and return to find it full, which means, if you reserve 1st this does not mean you can count on parking on your stay even if its is said as available as a standard.

Very good breakfast, very attentive staff (almost too attentive) (concierge didn’t know much) ; the room was very comfortable but rest was great

Taxis parked outside who were looking for the next customer to rippoff. I would advise to use Careem, Indrive or other taxi applications because it will be 5 times cheaper!

Warnm welcoming. The staff was awesome. We had very good continental breakfast and the hôtel is close to downtown and few minutes walk from the Casa Port metrostation
Taxis on the front of the hôtel who were on the lookout for ripoff. I would advise people not to take these Taxis. They do switch and bait. They will agreed on one price and at final destination, change the price !

Booking team wasn't cooperative, the hotel was fine to reschedule 2 night and was waiting your greenlight, after sever calls and messages, no action from your side.
The hotel was extremely professional and proactive..

The friendlyness of all the staff.
The shower gel and the shower pressure.
Not enough Camomile & Lemongrass tea in the bedroom. Only 1.

Location is solid.
Smoking in the lobby made it difficult for this non-smoker to be around. Elevators were super slow and a little glitchy.

Quick stay and was welcomed with friendly service from all staff that took care of requests. Room was nice and spacious with comfortable stay. Location was good with services, shops and access points available.
Disappointed the TV was not working in the room and took a while to get a lift between floors but that could be due to the hotel being fully occupied.
