We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. A special thank you to Chorouk, who was especially kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. Excellent service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Very Poor
The location on the Corniche was convenient, near the beach and the mall.
Easily the worst hotel of our long trip, three nights with a toddler and an infant. The room was dated and not clean. The suite kitchen had no utensils at all; it took two days to get a single spoon and knife. Towels were threadbare and scarce, and were taken away for hours when we asked for clean ones. At the pool we got one towel for four people, and the attendant, ahmed I believe, raised his voice at my sister when she asked for more. Service was openly unequal: a staff member (Rachid) was annoyed we came to breakfast at 9:40, within the posted 7:00 to 10:30 window, yet warmly served and cleared tables for guests who arrived after closing and tipped. Breakfast was poor and unhygienic, a child ate from the communal watermelon platter and spat it back while staff left it out. Would not return, especially with a family. They have a certain type of old foreign men as their clientele that they serve; I won’t recommend for respectful families.

The location was great and the amenities were reasonable.
Everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The pool area is nice.
Despite friendly staff, there were frequent delays whenever requests were made (clean towels, hotel cleaning, bed sheets etc). The pool area did not have enough sunbeds / umbrellas to accommodate all the guests, so setting up early at the pool was required to ensure we had what we needed.
The maid cleaning was inconsistent, often we had to request more/ clean towels/ garbage removal etc.
We learnt that for any requests it was easier to go to the front desk and wait.
There was a lot of garbage on the beach. Which is a shame considering how close the beach is to the hotel. Walking with children on the beach when there is broken glass is not ideal.

Wonderful
Welcoming and helpful personnel. A fine room with all the amenities.
Facilities are clean and comfortable; restaurant and swimming pool are fine but, naturally, felt inferior compared to eating with locals in the city and swimming in the sea.
Wonderful location to swim in the sea and walk near the shoreline, with a mall, bank and plenty of restaurants nearby. Lively area, plenty of people and locals with children on the beach.
The area is overall safe, although people of various material well-being are present, with a few children approaching tourists asking for money. The hotel can be reached from the airport by taxi (300-400 MAD) or train going to the port.
The room could benefit from minor local repairments (bathroom ceiling, for example), and, perhaps, trash bags in the bathroom bins. The mosque nearby transmits short prayers via loudspeakers a few times a day; the one at 5 a.m. might be rather disruptive when sleeping with open windows.
Adding a password to Wi-Fi is a basic security recommendation. Sorting and recycling waste (water bottles in particular) and only changing towels placed on the floor could be environmentally helpful. Changing booths could be useful at the swimming pool, not to have to go inside in wet clothes.
Trash is occasionally present on the beach and in water, no surveillance nor showers, nor changing booths. Water can feel rather cold.
The city center is positioned rather remotely. Walking there implies jumping through cars on the road (terrible trafic, unsafe for everyone, pedestrians not at all respected) and passing through visibly impoverished neighborhoods. Taxis are available but can drive just as unsafely. Traveling by tram is rather comfortable but the nearest stop is some 20-30 minutes from the hotel. Buses are available but comfort may vary.

Housekeeping is very bad . You have to call many times for what you need. Rome service is very poor it takes more than an hour to get coffee despite calling the reception to complain. Rooms need repair and renovation. I don’t think I will come back again.

Everything was perfect but the staff was polite but not as useful. For example when we asked for transportation, they called for a taxi, but it was after we took the taxi and got a fraudulent charge, they told us "they new that. Taxies always do that!" We were expecting a bit more personal attention.

Great location! On the ocean with many restaurants and shopping options nearby. Staff were great, and very attentive.
The kitchen was not appropriately equipped. No cutting knives, no spatulas, no large spoons, no kitchen towels or sponges with which to prepare meals and clean. Many of the English language tv channels did not work.
