Bed. It was comfortable. The apartment had lots of space. Location is nice.
Breakfast. Little choices and staff lethargic. We showed with plenty of time. No plates, cutlery, glasses, crockery. Staff seemed surprised that people were arriving. TV should be more modern and capable to download apps or mirror mobile phone

Wonderful
All of the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Great breakfast and dinners every day, with a nice coffee machine available all day. Special thanks to the kitchen and waiters, and the Customer Service manager, who arranged a great half day tour for us on short notice.

Great location , beautiful views, wonderful staff. Very accommodating and polite. We checked into a room that had an ocean view, they moved us on their own to a bigger better room with a better view, without us even asking.
Easy access to the mall, entertainment, walking near the piers. Absolutely beautiful

Clean and good location
Staff was amazing , special thanks to Ms.Chorouk Krouli who is the guest service manager for the upgrade and making sure that my stay is comfortable.
I would highly recommend to consider this property as it is literally next wall to Anfa Mall and on the beach strip.

The best part about this hotel is how close it is to the beach. It is literally right on the ocean, which is a wonderful feature. The pool is also really nice, albeit a little cool. It is also next to the mall, and right on the promenade. We walked down the promenade and had something to eat at one of the cafes. It was a very nice atmosphere and surroundings.
The room was very big; it had a large TV, a large mirror, a big kitchen, a table, and a separate room for sleeping. The couch had a hole in it (likely a cigarette burn). The patio overlooked the pool area, which was a nice view. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked very well. They take security seriously, which I appreciated. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The sheets on the bed had stains (I don't know what kind of stains....), which was not good, and we didn't notice until we were going to sleep. If we had been staying more than one night, I would have asked them to change the sheets immediately.

Other reviews had me a little worried about the breakfast but I thought it was excellent.
Lots of good restaurants nearby and right next to a big mall and the beach.
This isn’t on the property but the beach was jam packed with thousands of people.
