Very Good
Everything was perfect but the staff was polite but not as useful. For example when we asked for transportation, they called for a taxi, but it was after we took the taxi and got a fraudulent charge, they told us "they new that. Taxies always do that!" We were expecting a bit more personal attention.

Great location! On the ocean with many restaurants and shopping options nearby. Staff were great, and very attentive.
The kitchen was not appropriately equipped. No cutting knives, no spatulas, no large spoons, no kitchen towels or sponges with which to prepare meals and clean. Many of the English language tv channels did not work.

We were warmly welcomed by the hotel team, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The location by the seaside is fantastic, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The suites are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making the stay very comfortable.
While the overall experience was positive, a few areas could use improvement, such as more consistent housekeeping.

Bed. It was comfortable. The apartment had lots of space. Location is nice.
Breakfast. Little choices and staff lethargic. We showed with plenty of time. No plates, cutlery, glasses, crockery. Staff seemed surprised that people were arriving. TV should be more modern and capable to download apps or mirror mobile phone

Wonderful
All of the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Great breakfast and dinners every day, with a nice coffee machine available all day. Special thanks to the kitchen and waiters, and the Customer Service manager, who arranged a great half day tour for us on short notice.

Great location , beautiful views, wonderful staff. Very accommodating and polite. We checked into a room that had an ocean view, they moved us on their own to a bigger better room with a better view, without us even asking.
Easy access to the mall, entertainment, walking near the piers. Absolutely beautiful

Clean and good location
Staff was amazing , special thanks to Ms.Chorouk Krouli who is the guest service manager for the upgrade and making sure that my stay is comfortable.
I would highly recommend to consider this property as it is literally next wall to Anfa Mall and on the beach strip.

Other reviews had me a little worried about the breakfast but I thought it was excellent.
Lots of good restaurants nearby and right next to a big mall and the beach.
This isn’t on the property but the beach was jam packed with thousands of people.
