Very clean and comfortable rooms. The beds were excellent and we slept really well, just like at home. The shower was also very clean and pleasant. The staff provided outstanding service – everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We truly felt valued as guests. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was relaxing.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Well, we actually did not stay in this hotel because they transferred us to another hotel without really providing any other option for us.?
They told us that they are overbooked and they are transferring the booking.com customers to another hotel nearby. I booked this hotel days before our arrival, and it is not on us that they can not manage their booking system.
The hotel in which we stayed was okay and clean, but we had some issues at the reception during the check-in process because there was some miscommunication between the hotel we booked and our "new" hotel. Our "new" hotel told us that the room is booked for one person, although we booked it for two on Booking.com. Thanks to God, I had data and could show on the app that I booked the hotel for two with breakfast. The receptionist took some initiative and said that he would deal with it himself and we could stay there.
Long story short: I would give our transferred hotel (Hotel les Saisons) -> 6 out of 10, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone since they seem pretty unorganized and can ruin your vacation if you are not lucky like us to get a decent place at a nearby hotel.

I don't advise anyone to visit this hotel, we booked 3 rooms and we came from Senegal in the mid night, they informed that hotel is fully booked, even showing the reservation there was no rooms, note that no one speaks English very well so he escaped

Location was superb. Breakfast buffet well worth the price. My wife loved the spa scrub bath and massage. The room was comfy. Casablanca as a whole was not very interesting from a tourist perspective.
The smell of raw sewage coming from the bathroom in the room The male staffers of the hotel, with one exception, were rather indifferent about everything. The reception desk rarely answered the phone when I called from the room for information. The evening buffet begins at 6 pm, but when we arrived at 6:30 pm, all the hot dishes had still not been put out. When I tried to charge the price of the buffet to my room, I was told I couldn't. So went to the front desk to pay with my card, although they really wanted me to pay in cash. When they relented, the electronic card reader wasn't working. In the lobby in the mornings the speakers were blaring electronic dance music; in the evenings it was the sound of a huge flat screen TV broadcasting soccer games. The huge lobby was not the place to start or end your days. Finally, the people who most visit Morocco are Moroccans living abroad, followed by the former colonizers of the country, the French. I speak neither Arabic or French, and most of the hospitality staff in the three cities I visited, (Marrakech, Casablanca and Tangier), speak little English. Not a criticism or negative, just a reality to be aware of and prepare for by bringing an electronic translating device or use your AI feature on your cell phone to communicate.

Exceptional
The location was excellent, close to Medina, and a large number of places to eat and shop. The breakfast hours were excellent as well as the with excellent variety. Our upgraded accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. I’m upset I don’t have the name of gentleman at the front desk that looked after an issue we had. He took care of it in a very timely matter, and Soukaina followed up daily to see that we were comfortable. Their aim to please is top notch. Customer satisfaction is of top concern to them.
Nothing not to like.

The location is fine
The facility is too old and many items need either repair or renovation. The wifi is often out of service and the speed is too low even if it’s on. Whole place looks very dirty. And many tour groups stay here as well.

The front desk, Ismael especially, were extremely accommodating, polite, and assisted us with all of our needs in a timely matter.
The location was great, the staff were amazing, and our room was very clean. The only problem, that can’t really be helped, is the windows aren’t insulated so you can hear the traffic below, but it does tend to subside between 10pm-8am

Nothing
I booked a room a paid for it. I sent an email asking that my friend be admitted on the first day of the booking and I would join him the next day. They refused him admission late in the day and cancelled the reservation. He spent the night outside. He said the staff was rude. This is unforgivable and I hope there is follow-up . I would like to know that this happened.

I would like to sincerely thank Subaie, the receptionist at Oum Palace Hotel, for his professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome.
I would also like to express my special thanks to Halima, the Housekeeping Manager, for her hospitality, kindness, and great support. I truly appreciate her effort in providing me with a room three hours before the official check-in time, which made my arrival very comfortable.
All the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was good.
The hotel’s location is also very convenient, as it is close to the train station and the city center.

I had a very pleasant stay at Oum Palace Hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was very rich, varied, and delicious. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to the receptionists Walid and Salma for their professionalism and warm welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
Nothing to complain

Absolutely nothing!
Absolutely terrible stay. The shower had barely any water pressure and the water wasn’t warm at all—lukewarm at best. When I reported it, the receptionist was useless. I had to wait over an hour just to be told I could use another room to shower, then come back to my original room. Completely ridiculous.
The room itself was disgusting. The walls looked dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, which honestly made the whole place feel grimy and neglected.
The location is dodgy as F, especially at night. Did not feel safe walking around at all. On top of that, the noise was unbearable—you can hear everything, so good luck sleeping.
Overall, awful experience. Poor service, dirty rooms, sketchy location, and zero comfort. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
