. Staff is good.
There was smell in room. AC was not working properly. I requested fan but they didn’t provide it. Overall we didn’t like this hotel.

Our room was over heating. Room temp set to 25C and it’s 35C outside. Swearing bullets in the room. The moved us to another room. The room was leaking and dripping water due the AC working. They moved us to a 3rd room and brought a portable AC. And the temp was set to 25. How is the portable AC set to 25 C and we couldn’t bring it down. It was a sauna in there. They gave us a free massage for the issues. The manager really did try his best. But this hotel was a scam. They state they have parking garage which they don’t

The Hotel is very close to the railway station and to the medina which was great. The rooms are clean and the staff was helpful.

Convenient location
The AC broke down and flooded my room twice. The lobby sent a technician who turned off the AC. Called again to report it’s hot. They sent a desert cooler which didn’t work at all.
Called again and they said they can’t do anything.
A cleaning guy moppped all the dirt and water to the shower drain. Next morning guess what was blocked. Yep the shower drain.
Just avoid this place.

Love the size of the room, bathroom was good but a little dark, love the balcony, the breakfast buffet was great, and the staff was very nice and wonderful. I did love that. They put water in my room and disposable slippers.
I couldn’t use the air conditioning because it smelled like molded sewage, the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain so we had to clean it out, the bed was really hard so I didn’t sleep well and woke up every morning hurting, the curtains look like they were ready to fall and I had two TVs in different rooms and I would turn off one and the other TV would turn on. I would change the channel on one TV and then the channel on the other TV would change, it was a battle between TVs, there were also no channels with English viewing only French and Arabic, so sad. I also kept getting spiders in my room a little creepy.

Regardless of the misunderstanding in checking, Receptionists Salmah done her best to convince me and treated me as Genus3& upgraded.
Hotel Oum Palace near the port& beach, it’s one of the best hotels in downtown town, Even though, it’s 4 stars but their suites are better than the 5 stars next to it. Wide luxurious with big balconies 40m equipped with excellent furniture 2 TVs, coffee makers, tea& coffee kettle.
All staff are very friendly& cooperative from the front door brother Abdoatif& Hassn to housekeeping Najwah& her staff. SPA is exceptional with reasonable prices. Breakfast is Bre-lunch with wide choices.
I really enjoyed my stay, extended one more night& would comeback@ the soonest. It’s strongly recommended for families& honeymooners

كل العاملين بدء الدخول عبداللطيف& حسن الي الاستقبال (سلمي) الي مسئولة التنظيف نجوي مرحبين ومتعاونين وبشوشين. مركز العناية SPA متميز وبأسعار جداً معقوله.
استمتعت بإقامتي ومددت وسأعود قريباً بإذن الله. انصح به للعوائل والقروبات والعرسان

Wonderful
I really enjoyed the price to stay, the staff (especially the maid Nassima who kept the room impeccably clean every day and was very nice!), the comfort of the beds and the darkness with the curtains, and the breakfast (photos below) was great too
The overhead showerhead didn’t work and the air conditioning was quite weak. Also the card key kept losing its charge, which I didn’t mind much at all (you just go downstairs and it takes a second for one of them to recharge it for you) but I could see this mattering to others

Pretty clean good location good staff
very slow elevator, very slow response from the staff, the key card needs a fix twice a day, not the best breakfast and high exchange rate from dollar, i wont come back to it, was nice but there are much better hotels in the area
