J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Oum Palace. Tout était à la hauteur de mes attentes. Le petit-déjeuner était très complet, varié et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est accueillant, gentil et toujours serviable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La suite était spacieuse, confortable, propre et très bien équipée.
Je recommande vivement l’hôtel Oum Palace à toute personne recherchant un séjour agréable avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

I liked the hotel s location, everything s near you especially the Tramway station, also the room was sooo clean, the shower aswell was so clean and the towels were there well arranged and the beds were comfortable the lighting was good. In general all was good. Wish i could stay for more days in there to discover the buffet ?.

Staff was very service oriented. Hotel is proximate to many aspects of Casablanca. One can walk to the Hassan II Mosque if one is feeling energetic and adventurous. Old Medina is also close.
They want you to turn your key in when leaving the hotel for a while. There was a bar within a couple blocks of the hotel but I was told I would need to take a taxi.

We had a lot of problems with this hotel.
We arrived around 8pm and the room was not yet ready, we had to wait 30 minutes.
The main issue was the last day when we woke up in the middle of the night with the entire floor flooded with water. Clothes on the floor ruined by dirty waters. Called the receptionist and he replied that they knew about the issue since 1h but they didn't inform the guest. We forced them to come to the floor and we (not them) discovered that water was coming out from an empty room and we had to guide the staff on how to close the water leak .
At checkup they even ask us to pay for the laundry of the previous day and we had to threat them of calling the police in order to wave the fee..
Internet never worked properly and kept disconnecting.

Only enough towels and coffee for one person. Buffet breakfast was terrible. Selection was minimal. Eggs were under cooked.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The beds were excellent and we slept really well, just like at home. The shower was also very clean and pleasant. The staff provided outstanding service – everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We truly felt valued as guests. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was relaxing.

Well, we actually did not stay in this hotel because they transferred us to another hotel without really providing any other option for us.?
They told us that they are overbooked and they are transferring the booking.com customers to another hotel nearby. I booked this hotel days before our arrival, and it is not on us that they can not manage their booking system.
The hotel in which we stayed was okay and clean, but we had some issues at the reception during the check-in process because there was some miscommunication between the hotel we booked and our "new" hotel. Our "new" hotel told us that the room is booked for one person, although we booked it for two on Booking.com. Thanks to God, I had data and could show on the app that I booked the hotel for two with breakfast. The receptionist took some initiative and said that he would deal with it himself and we could stay there.
Long story short: I would give our transferred hotel (Hotel les Saisons) -> 6 out of 10, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone since they seem pretty unorganized and can ruin your vacation if you are not lucky like us to get a decent place at a nearby hotel.

I don't advise anyone to visit this hotel, we booked 3 rooms and we came from Senegal in the mid night, they informed that hotel is fully booked, even showing the reservation there was no rooms, note that no one speaks English very well so he escaped
