it was available at short notice.
location is far from the main promenade you can get there, but its a bit of a walk and also no food places nearby. the properties restaurant food is overpriced, i paid those prices at premium 5 star hotels. deserts were not available when requested even though its listed on the menu. they tell you only ice creams (magnum , cornetto etc) are available. no glasses in the room or Tea cups, room 009 aircon didnt work and no kettle. TV of room 007 can be heard in 008 as if you were watching on your TV. i had to ask front desk to actually go into the room and switch off the tv because it would automatically come on at odd times with the volume at 99 and no one in the room. pool/snooker table has 2 que's 1 broken in half other has no tip, the foos ball table is rusted and no grease or oil showing no usage. the room i booked on website was

I did like the staff very friendly, especially the guy in the restaurant forgot his name but I remembered he is cancer like me born in July, we had such a great conversation. He is a good asset to the hotel. Also the front desk lady helped find a charger for my laptop. The room is very spacious & clean and I like the kitchen idea

The room was walking distance to the beach and had a stove top range, refrigerator and microwave
The bathroom did not have a bidet. Headboard on the bed had visible signs of damage, wear and tear. Rooms were not sound proof (could hear people walking around and children in adjacent rooms). Room in general was a bit dated and could benefit from remodeling.
