Disappointing
The location
One of the worst Novotel experiences. The staff was completely negligent to help me and my family with the luggage. The room pictures and in real life were not at all similar. The air conditioning in the room and lock were broken and the staff said it was going to be like this. The reception had a currency exchange option which one of the staff members declined to help us saying its closed but after 10 minutes the other staff member was happy to help. The breakfast was complete garbage and was completely stale. Honestly a waste of money and very poor experience to have from Novotel.

The lobby has a lot of space and could be an excellent place for cool down or waiting but there was no good furniture or sofas and no good decorations. It looks like a junk.

Location
The chair in my room was broken. The facilities were run down. There were plates and dishes left in the hallways. My fridge needed to be defrosted and had a bad odor to it whenever I opened it. The safe in my room kept breaking. Overall, it felt like Accor and ownership have decided to let this hotel run down.
The staff were pleasant though.
