⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Novotel Casablanca City Center
I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Casablanca City Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive.
I was especially touched by being selected as “Guest of the Day” and receiving a lovely welcome treat. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my stay feel truly special.
The hotel has a great location in the heart of Casablanca, and the team was always ready to help and make sure everything was comfortable. I really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay.
A big thank you to the entire team, especially the Guest Experience and management team, for making my visit memorable.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good location, reception guy was good
I ordered a sofa bed the bed was not prepared tell i asked them at 11 pm , the ac was not cold when they checked the ac was not clean and the filter was dusty , there is a construction in the lobby it was bad

The location was good and the renovation in the lower lobby and dining area was nice.
The room was extremely dated. The linens and bedding were uncomfortable and minimal. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The furniture was filthy with cigarette holes, dirt and stains.
