The location was good and the renovation in the lower lobby and dining area was nice.
The room was extremely dated. The linens and bedding were uncomfortable and minimal. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The furniture was filthy with cigarette holes, dirt and stains.

Disappointing
The location
One of the worst Novotel experiences. The staff was completely negligent to help me and my family with the luggage. The room pictures and in real life were not at all similar. The air conditioning in the room and lock were broken and the staff said it was going to be like this. The reception had a currency exchange option which one of the staff members declined to help us saying its closed but after 10 minutes the other staff member was happy to help. The breakfast was complete garbage and was completely stale. Honestly a waste of money and very poor experience to have from Novotel.
