The location was central to most of the attractions in Casablanca! The breakfast was very very good and the staff at the restaurant specifically Khadija and her team were very nice!

Sara from housekeeping is such a kind hard worker
She made our stay more enjoyable. She is Very friendly has an excellent customer service skills Along with the receptionists, they were all amazing what a service. I will definitely keep come back. Thank you Sara for everything.

Very decent , nothing much is there
Very old in terms of facility and furniture , it feels not clean . Also the nearby room were so noisy and it felt they were in our room . The sound was so loud and walla are not sound proof .

Our stay at Mövenpick Casablanca was wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean, and the service was excellent and fast. The hotel location is very nice, right in the city center and close to Ain Diab.
The reception staff were very helpful, especially Maroua.
Everything was perfect.
We did not try the breakfast, but I believe it would have been great as well.
Moroccan people are very hospitable, kind, and helpful.

1- The reception staff are the only nice thing about this hotel.
2- Only Hotel Location was good .
1- This hotel does not deserve a five-star rating, It should be not more than four stars or even three stars.
2- The price of one night in this hotel for the services provided is very exaggerated.
3- The housekeeper was rude to me.
