Staff were wonderful. My husband got sick from the water and the staff helped to get him medicine and checked on his condition.
Beautiful views of the Mosque. Great location. Mosque is right next door. Tons of taxis available to take you anywhere in Casablanca. Staff kept the room very clean. Cleaning staff leaves bottled water every day.
The water. Don't drink anything with water in it, juice, coffee, etc. Both my husband and I got sick from the water. Hotel could use an update. It feels dated. Some things needed repairs, example to open and close the shower door we had to lift the door up to move it.

The room was spacious and quiet with a comfortable bed. Also, we were able to check in early after a long overnight flight. That was really nice.
The breakfast bar was good and also had a cook making omelets to order.they did not have a selection of black teas suc as Earl Grey, ir Lady Grey,

Not an issue, however for future renovations I would recommend adding a shower cabin — it would also help protect the floor.

It was very clean and the view was absolutely incredible. The staff was very friendly.
The hotel is a bit old and it's starting to show, but that's not necessarily a problem. The rooms are exactly as in the pictures.

Very large room, very comfortable, nicely appointed. Location is perfect to visit the Hassan II Mosque and surroundings. Really enjoyed my stay here.
Breakfast wasn't of top quality like the hotel leads to believe. I stayed in the first floor and saw lot (really LOTS) of dog poop in full view - not in the corridor, but clearly visible. This is NOT nice and the only reason I can't give this top marks for cleanliness. Just in case, refuse a room in the first floor, as in other floors you won't experience any of this.

Location is good, best for business travellers.
Instead of refubding us when they could not provode the booked suite, they attempted to make up the price difference by adding on breakfast. Which would have been adequate, but the breakfast service was shambolic. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very close to Hassan II Mosque. Large and comfortable room with King bed. Excellent service from front staff who gave us an upgrade as we had kids. Definitely recommend for stays in Casablanca.
Property is a bit dated and the restaurant is not the best, but convenient. The area also has not much else other than the great Mosque.
