I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the location is good and the pool area is nice, one of the highlights of my visit.
The Wi-Fi was a big letdown. Even after raising the issue a couple of times and being told it was fixed, the connection was still unreliable especially at night, which was frustrating. Also, I found the breakfast quite expensive, especially considering there are plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby with more reasonable prices.

Rooms were comfortable. Pool and restaurant area very attractive and relaxing.
We had an issue with the bedroom door key, the system failed and took some time for the repair people to fix it.

The hotel has a beautiful design and a great location
I’ve admired this hotel for a long time and was excited to finally stay here. Big mistake. Upon check-in, the receptionist claimed it had been renovated but the room felt tired and outdated, especially the bathroom. The only good thing was the bed which was reasonably comfortable.
There’s zero attention to detail. The restaurant service was painfully slow and the staff looked completely unprepared. Worst of all, I flagged both before arriving and again at check-in that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Not even a “congratulations” Nothing. No effort, no acknowledgment, no care.
The decor and location are the only redeeming features. But definitely not a 5-star experience. If you’re in Casablanca for the first time, maybe pop in for a drink and enjoy the setting but if you’re planning to stay, don’t expect much. It’s not worth the price and we seriously regret not sticking with the Four Seasons like we usually do.

The restaurant, the spa and the fitness center are very good.
Cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel. Even if the rooms are non smoking, the smell is everywhere.
The Wifi was down during the 3 days of stay. With no backup solution.
