Only on our first day at the hotel did we find water with two tea bags, which is unusual for a 5-star hotel. They also charge extra for using the sauna when using the pool. Therefore, due to these lack of services, the hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating.

I like the timeless charm of the hotel, the rooms are well designed even if they are not new. The showers are a bit average, and they could be more "squeaky" clean. They are clean though. The big windows offer a great view. Most of the staff was really great, some were exceptional, one staff member needs to calm his temper. The valet parking is also very comfortable and a great add on. I would love to come back to the Kenzi Tower, it has character which is rare these days. And for the price I booked it was a "bargain".

We did not enjoy our stay.
After a long 12-hour flight to Casablanca, all we hoped for was an understanding and accommodating front desk. We had requested an early check-in when we confirmed our booking, explaining that we would be arriving after a long international journey. On arrival, we were informed that the hotel was running full and that check-in would only be possible at 12:00 pm instead of the usual 2:00 pm. We accepted this without complaint and stepped out for breakfast, returning at 12:30 pm expecting our room to be ready. Unfortunately, the rooms allotted to us were still not prepared. To make matters worse, our luggage was delivered almost an hour later, and we had to repeatedly call housekeeping for basic necessities such as water , towels etc. After an exhausting journey, the lack of coordination and the need to chase staff for basic amenities was extremely disappointing. A hotel of this standard should be better prepared to handle arriving guests, especially those coming off long international flights. The entire check-in experience felt poorly managed and far from the welcoming start one expects to a stay.

Some of cleaning staff opened my room door while I'm sleeping then he run away' I complained to reception supervisor and the morning manager but they don't have anything to say only sorry The table in the suite was also broken

It said it was pet friendly. We arrived late at night with low chances to find another place. My dog is a service dog and they didn’t let us stay. The guy in the reception was rude and didn’t have any intentions of helping. We started looking for a new hotel and he kept pushing us to leave

There was nothing good about this place . Racist and they ask illegal questions
They required me to show a marriage certificate of me and my wife which is highly illegal and against the law, to even ask in Morocco as of 2024. They didn’t care and I should have called the police on the manager and staff

I have been coming to Kenzi tower hotel since the starting. The location is perfect,the management and all staff are welcoming and helpful with big smile and the good about them is always remembering you. T breakfast restaurant is perfect.
