Nice room, good bed, good blackout curtains. Quiet. Very helpful Staff.
No GYM, Pool, Spa. Glass door in Bathroom is awkward. Room door in need of repair. Loud Water running noise in Bathroom all nite.

Modern hotel on the outskirts of Casablanca, with tram access to the centre of town - saving the drive.
The majority of the rooftop pool / seating area is in the shade. Probably good if you are staying in the heat of the summer. But, in mid October meant I needed a bar stool to get a little sun.

I had a very unpleasant stay at Kenzi Sidi Maarouf. I have never experienced a more incompetent staff at any hotel I have stayed in.
At 6:45pm, when I returned to the hotel, I asked at the reception until what time the swimming pool was open. They replied until 7 pm, and there is nothing they could do about it, which was very frustrating. I still wanted to use the pool, even if it was just for 5 minutes. When I got upstaor I asked for a towel. First, they said they would bring me one, but then no one came. After asking again, they replied that there were no towels anymore and that the pool was closing. After asking what I should do now without a towel, they replied I could go and grab one from my room. They didn't care if I was all soaking wet or if I was cold or anything. The simple reply was, those are the rules.
I am never visiting this hotel ever again!
Advise: Stay at any other hotel in Casablanca. The staff is incompetent and very unfriendly. Customers here are not treated like customers at all!

Everything was great, location was perfect, just near the technolopolis. The staff was super nice, and their service was on point. I definitely recommend if you need to stay in casablanca

Very friendly receptionist whom provided us with a beautiful and very spacious room for a very decent price, we enjoyed it although it was just for one night. Close to the aiport, just half an hour drive, therefore very well located. Tram line 1 is opposite of the hotel and brings you directly to the city centre.

the location of the hotel was very close to the tram station that took us to the old medina and to most the sights we wanted to see. the hotel was modern and very comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

ASMAA WAS WONDERFULLY HELPFUL. SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAYTO ACCOMMODATE US . THE LICATION OF THE HOTEL IS CLISE TO THE TRAM. THE ROOM WAS MODERN AND THE BED COMFORTABLE
THE CURTAINS DID NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY TO KEEP THE LIGHT OUT

room was spacious. Breakfast was ok, plenty of room to sit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant manager was very kind and helpful.
Lobby service was quick.
Some construction was going on in a nearby area, which caused noise. Room was not as clean as I would have liked. No USB port to charge, and they did not have a spare adapter.
