A modern clean hotel with helpful staff. Yassine, Karima and Idrissi were all very nice and went out of their way to answer our questions and help.

The location only
The look , lots of flies, smell of mold and feet in the room and on the level floor. The breakfast was cold and there was no where to sit. We had to eat our cold breakfast by the elevators. They are understaffed and the guest suffered. Our shower leaked and we were met with push back when we asked about more towels to soak up the flooding bathroom. The AC kept kicking off due a fuse issue so we decided not to bother. Good thing i was exhausted from travel and passed out because the rom was noisy from the outside and inside the hallways.

From the reception to the buffet, everything was excellent. The staff welcomed us warmly and made the whole experience smooth. A special thanks to Abid, the buffet attendant, who guided us with kindness and professionalism—his support really stood out. I also want to thank the gentleman at the door who helped us with parking; he was polite and attentive, and he made our arrival easy. I also want to thank the hospitable cleaning lady who welcomed us with fresh fruit, making our stay truly memorable. Altogether, the entire team provided wonderful service that made our stay truly enjoyable.

I got to the hotel late at night and the front desk workers were so kind and told me how I could order food and even changed my money for me. When I had to leave they also found me a taxi to take me to the airport. Ayoub and Korim (I believe was his name) were AMAZING!

Nice view from room. Abel in the breakfast area was great, Hicham the bellman/doorman was great, and the security guy (I don’t know his name) was protective too.
Front desk personnel very average. The female wasn’t too bad, but the male was not friendly. BOTH scammed me when I bought bottled water from them. I bought 1 large and one small bottle. The large bottle was $3 (ridiculous) and the small bottle? $2.75! $3 for the big one was a ripoff, but $2.75 for a small one?? And even so, why not tell me that I should buy 2 big ones for almost exactly the same price as 1 big and 1 small? Scam. Plus, the Booking.com price was supposed to include all taxes. When I arrived, they told me I had to pay a “city tax”. They said, and you need to pay NOW. I said can I pay at the end of my stay (only 1 night, thank goodness)? They reluctantly said ok. Scam.

My room was spacious and clean however, the door to the small balcony did not close properly. Had I been on a lower floor (my room was on the 7th floor), I would have asked to change rooms.
The towels in the bathroom did not look clean.
The room could have used a supply of tissues (kleenex).

Has a surprisingly nice restaurant for food and drinks; Amid was our waiter and he was fantastic.

Central location, but anyway taxi is needed to explore the city which is quite big. Good breakfast. Bar with alcohol. But the real value of the hotel is great hospitality, all staff is always there to help with everything from room service to travel advises, very good cleaning. Special thanks to Hamza and Talbi for making feel like at home
