Wonderful
the room is spacious and modern, the coffee machine, everything is perfect.
the noise from the rooftop bar even on the 3rd floor i felt it. Also, i had paid extra for a high floor but was given one on the 3rd floor so the amount difference should be reimbursed if possible.

The rooftop bar was playing loud music with super a woofer until midnight. We called the hotel several times to protest and all I heard is it’s totally legal by law. I do not recommend this hotel because they don’t care about your sleep or comfort. We called at least four times to complain. Trust me the music and bass were so loud that you will not be able to sleep.

The location is great. The room spacious and comfortable bed.
Service is not great. We ordered room service, had to ask again after 45 minutes only to be told that they forgot the room number. Then we served cold food. Very unprofessional

Big buffet and variety breakfast
Normally i do not write reviews but i felt i had to share my experience this time.When we entered through the door we were welcomed nicely and instructed for our room and the room itself and the standards are high and what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
Unfortunately we had a request because my girlfriend is Muslim to just get something small some fruits or something the night before nothing special or early morning , the request was swiftly denied and the lady at the reception did not show any effort to help even though in the rooms service menus they have Ramadan menus and Quran.
So far we had great experiences in morocco in different riads and hotels for that request and its a shame such a small thing can ruin our experience not for the denied request but for not even bothering to see or ask someone about it .
The lady at desk said to us because we booked via booking we should contact them even though they are proud to put the booking score in the reception.
Helpful and professional at the same time their going the extra mile is nonexistent.

JM Suites is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms to include large bathrooms, friendly staff, and two cool restaurants. We enjoyed having dinner and drinks at Porto Lisboa twice during our stay.
The bed was not so comfortable for me. Woke up every morning with a sore back. But it didn’t seems to bother my wife so I guess it’s just personal preference.
Also, I expected there to be a couch in this large room. Certainly plenty of space for one. So we either sit on the bed or at the desk. No other option.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! From the moment I arrived at the hotel they were welcoming. They accommodated my late check-in time (flight got in late) and were very kind and helpful at check-in. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and great pillows. There was a convenient work station and a charming view of downtown Casablanca. Though the hotel is centrally located and looks onto a main street the room was quiet and easy to rest inside of. The breakfast in the morning was great-- it featured a buffet with morrocan and European options, and a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices. Check-out was smooth.
I very much appreciate the centrality of environmentalism however at times walking out into the hallway, which remains dark until the sensor responds to your presence, feels a bit funny.

Location is convenient, staff are friendly, room was clean and quiet.
Rooms are stark- no artwork or decorations. 2/3 gym machines were broken for first few days. Restaurant and rooftop are extremely smoky. I couldnt take any meals there.

Disappointing
The hotel was within okay walking distance to a few things. It was clean except for extreme cigarette smoke in rooftop restaurant. We could check in on time.
Our room was extremely hot--AC not working properly. Staff said they'd look into it and did not. Phone was not working and they said they'd fix it, they did not. Room was cleaned but no clean towels left. (So--no towels.) There are no towel racks or hooks at all. Room was an upgrade with a "balcony" which was 1 meter square with no furniture and looked into a dirty alley. Breakfast was NOT ready at 7am as advertised. All the food was not out until at least 7:30am. We asked to get something early the morning we flew out--just some pastries or bread--and were told no, they make everything the day of, impossible. We pushed a bit saying what about pastries or bread and they grudgingly said they could give us cake, and would bring it the night before. That never happened. Nothing we requested was done, and our requests were not unreasonable (working phone and AC). The rooftop restaurant was so choked with cigarette smoke--despite being open to the weather--that we found it impossible to use. We were very disappointed and would never stay here again or recommend it.

Wonderful
The rooms are stylish, quiet and comfortable if you are on a floor that is not just below the rooftop restaurant. There are black out curtains and down feather pillows. Both restaurants are fantastic as well. The Portuguese restaurant has excellent food. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is near a lot of great stuff.
I've stayed here twice. The king bed seemed to be way more comfortable while the queen bed was stiffer. Also, it would be great if they could provide room shoes. You can hear the DJ's music if you are staying on the 5th floor.
