The location, the ambiance & the staff were very friendly, professional & responsive to our concerns
The rooms we booked ( 2 double beds) was not what we were given.( we were given one single bed , twice). Had to recheck in 2 more times to get the right room. I think the check-in lady was distracted. The rooms were not adequately stocked. Had to call for simple things like iron. There was a smell ( like sewer smell) coming from the vent when you turn on the AC. There might be a dead rat or mouse in the vent. We were on the second floor.

Good location accessible to many good eating ares. Very spacious room and very clean. Great pool and spa/ massage facilities. Great gym. Staff very helpful.

I was grateful for the warm indoor pool, especially given the chilly, windy, rainy weather. And the spa ladies were lovely - you should definitely try a Hammam if you never have, tho be warned - you'll be fully nude and fully cleaned, so if that's not your bag, never mind :-). The room was fine, and the view of the Hassan II Mosque was great, especially at night.
I didn't realize it was a smoking hotel, nor that it's dry (no alcohol) - people smoke anywhere and everywhere. I would've loved to know both things up front much more clearly before booking. The staff isn't the nicest, to be honest. Not awful, just not that interested in helping much or being friendly. Also, the glass wall between the shower and sink had a leak at the bottom, so my whole bathroom floor was wet the whole time. Not a lot of room to put a suitcase, not a lot of counter/desk/shelf space.
