I would like to thank Abdullah and Fattah for their huge support und hospitality.
I had a problem that I made me not able to check out on time, and although I was late informing them, they were totally understanding and supportive and helped me extend my stay for one more night. Everything went so smoothly.
The place itself is clean and in every good place, easy access to the airport and at the same time not far from the city center. The staff are truly friendly.

The staff was interactive and supportive I was so impressed by the support of Abdellah and Fettah. They really have a good hospitality and supportive behavior.
It has beed good the reception area to have a good receptive condition. Having a gaming at reception might not be attractive for ladies and mature peoples.

I greatly appreciated the value for money for budget travel. The hotel was very clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Thanks for all the staff.
I recommend checking the reason why the bathroom floor became very wet every time I used the shower. It may indicate a drainage or curtain issue.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Sidi Maarouf. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located, but what truly made the difference was the exceptional service. A very special thanks to Mr. Abdellah Malhi at the reception, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and welcoming attitude left such a positive impression and made me feel genuinely cared for.
